تعيين وضعيت محصولات گروه صنعتي گداختار در زنجيره تامين جهت بهبود عملكرد آن با استفاده از روش TOPSIS‏ فازي‏ سلسله‏مراتبي

Determining the status of products in order to improve supply chain performance of Godakhtar Industries Development & Renovation Group using fuzzy hierarchical TOPSIS method

شناسايي و رتبه‏بندي شاخص‏هاي موثر در بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تامين و اولويت‏بندي محصولات گروه توسعه و نوسازي صنايع گداختار با رويكرد شناسايي مشكلات از اهداف اين مقاله مي باشد. همچنين جهت رتبه ‏بندي شاخص‏هاي موثر در بهبود زنجيره تامين از يك رويكرد فازي و جهت اولويت ‏بندي محصولات، از روش TOPSIS فازي سلسله‏ مراتبي استفاده مي‏ شود. در اين مقاله شاخص‏هاي موثر در بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تامين با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‏اي استخراج مي گردد. سپس با استفاده از مطالعات ميداني و با روش دلفي شاخص‏هاي شناسايي شده غربال سازي و مطابق مدل سكاران گروه‏بندي و با استفاده از يك رويكرد فازي اولويت‏بندي مي شود. در ادامه وضعيت زنجيره تامين هر يك از محصولات نسبت به اين شاخص‏ها بررسي و با استفاده از روش TOPSIS4 فازي سلسله‏ مراتبي، محصولي كه عملكرد زنجيره تامين را بيشتر مورد مخاطره قرار مي‏دهد، شناسايي مي‏شود. از آنجا كه تاكنون در اين صنعت، مشكلات زنجيره تامين شناسايي و رتبه‏بندي نشده اند در اين تحقيق طيف وسيعي از شاخص‏هاي موثر در بهبود زنجيره تامين شناسايي و بر اساس مدل سكاران گروه‏بندي مي‏شوند كه اين امر مي‏تواند كمك زيادي به مديران و تصميم‏‏گيران حوزه زنجيره تامين نمايد.

Also, has been used a fuzzy approach for ranking effective factors in improving performance supply chain and hierarchical fuzzy TOPSIS method in order to prioritize products. In this paper, effective factors in improving performance supply chain are identified by reviewing literature and interviewing with experts. Afterward identified factors were grouped according to Gunasekaranʹs model and ranked by means of fuzzy approach. Then the status supply chain of each products in terms of these factors was reviewed and the product that more endangering the supply chain performance, by means of hierarchical fuzzy TOPSIS was identified. Considering that so far in the oil and gas industry, supply chain problems have not been identified and ranked, in this study a range of effective factors in improving performance supply chain was identified that can assist managers and decision makers in supply chain domain
