Identification and Evaluation of Oncoming Changes of Wood and Paper Industries of the Country

شناسايي و رتبه بندي چالش هاي فراروي صنايع چوب و كاغذ كشور، موجب ايجاد ديد درستي از تنگناها و چالش هاي موجود براي سياستگزاران و سرمايه گذاران اين صنايع ارزشمند مي شود. اين پژوهش در سال 1389، براي شناسايي و ارزيابي چالش‌هاي صنايع چوب و كاغذ با روش معتبر و علمي طيف مقياس ليكرت انجام شد. چالش هاي موجود در صنايع چوب و كاغذ كشور با مطالعات كتابخانه اي و با نظرسنجي از كارشناسان، صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهي و شماري از واحدهاي توليدي صنايع چوب و كاغذ كشور شناسايي و پرسشنامه اي طراحي شد. آمار و اطلاعات پيمايشي موردنظر از كارشناسان صنايع چوب و كاغذ به‌وسيله طيف مقياس ليكرت تجزيه و مورد مقايسه آماري قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه از ميان 24 چالش مورد بررسي، كمبود ماده اوليه، نبود برنامه بلندمدت جامع و كاربردي، وجود فاصله زياد بين دانشگاه و مراكز صنعتي و فرسودگي ماشين‌هاي توليدي به عنوان مهم‌ترين چالش‌ها شناسايي شدند. در نهايت، با بررسي چالش‌هاي اصلي پيشنهادهايي به مسيولان ذيربط ارايه شد تا با ارايه راهكارهاي مناسب ضمن كمك به اقتصاد كشور، موجبات رشد و بالندگي صنايع چوب و كاغذ كشور را فراهم آورد.

Studying and rating of oncoming challenges of the wood and paper industries of the country can create a delicate attitude for policy makers and investors of these valuable industries. This study by the aim of identification and evaluation of wood and paper industries challenges with scientific and authentic method of likert spectra scale was done is 2010. Present challenges of wood and paper industries were detected by literature review and consulting with experts and academician and a number of manufacturing unites of wood and paper industries and query was designed. Intended data and statistics obtained from experts of wood and paper industries were compared and analyzed by likert scale spectra. The results showed that of 24 examined challenges, shortage of raw material, lake of long, compressive and applied prospective, existence of great gap between the university and industrial units and wearied and aged machinery are among the most important. Finally the identified challenges were submitted to the authorities for helping the economy of the country as well as causing the prosperity and budding of these industries.
