بررسي ميزان رعايت حقوق بيمار در كلينيك فيزيوتراپي دانشكده‌ي توانبخشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز در سال 1389

Exploring the Extent of Observation of Patientsʹʹ Rights in Physiotherapy clinic of the Faculty of Rehabilitation of Tabriz University of Medical Science in 2011

حقوق بيمار شامل تمامي موارد مراقبتي است كه بيمار حق دريافت آنها را دارد. نظر به اهميت فزاينده اين موضوع مهم و تاثير آن بر بهبود نتايج درماني و رضايت مشتريان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان رعايت حقوق بيمار در كلينيك فيزيوتراپي دانشكده توانبخشي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي تبريز در سال 1389 اجرا گرديد. در اين مطالعه، بيماران يا همراهان مراجعه كننده به كلينيك، پاسخگوي سوالاتي از وضعيت عملكرد كلينيك در رعايت ابعاد گوناگون حقوق بيمار بودند. جنبه هايي كه مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند: انتخاب ارايه كننده ي خدمت، داشتن اختيار، احترام، ايمني، پيشگيري و دسترسي داراي نمره عملكرد نامناسب تشخيص داده شدند. اما ارتباط و تعامل، استمرار خدمت، كيفيت تسهيلات و امكانات اوليه، توجه بموقع و فوري و اعتماد داراي عملكرد مناسب بودند. همچنين نتايج تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه بين نمره عملكرد كل و هيچ يك از متغييرهاي دموگرافيك ارتباط معني داري وجود ندارد (05/0 < P). اما در تحليل مربوط به ارتباط بين متغير هاي دموگرافيك با ابعاد مختلف عملكرد، ارتباط متغير سن با استمرار خدمت، بومي يا غير بومي بودن با دسترسي و وضعيت تحصيلي با داشتن اختيار و توجه بموقع و فوري اختلاف معني داري را نشان داد (05/0 > P). جنبه هاي عملكرد نامناسب، نسبت به حقوق بيمار، در مركز مورد مطالعه، نمايانگر وجود فرصت هاي بهبود در اين زمينه ها و نياز به توجه و اقدام موثر مسوولين مي باشد.

The patientsʹ rights include all care cases that the patients are entitle to receive them. Considering the increasing importance of this issue and its effect on the improvement of treatment results and clientsʹ consent, this study was performed aiming at the exploration of the extent of observation of patientsʹ rights in physiotherapy clinic of the Faculty of Rehabilitation of Tabriz University of Medical Science in 2011. In this study, the patients or those accompanying the clinicʹs visitors answered some questions on the status of the clinicʹs performance in observing various aspects of the patientsʹ rights. These aspects were explored: selection of the service provider, power enjoyment, respect, safety, prevention and access were identified as having improper performance scores. However, communication and interaction, continuity of service, quality of primary facilities and resources, timely and immediate attention and trust had proper performance scores. Data results also showed that there was no meaningful relation between the total performance score and any of demographic variables (P > %5). But in the analysis related to the relation between demographic variables having different dimensions of performance, the relation between the age variable with the service continuity, being aboriginal or non-aboriginal with the access and the education status with having power and timely and immediate attention showed a meaningful discrepancy (P < %5(. Aspects of improper performance toward the patientsʹ rights in the studied center represent the existence of improvement in this areas and the need to the authoritiesʹ effective attention and action.
