پيش‌بيني تقاضاي نفت در بخش حمل و نقل جاده‌اي براساس پيش‌بيني مالكيت وسايل نقليه در جهان (2020-1972)

در اين مقاله به مدل‌سازي و پيش‌بيني تقاضاي نفت در بخش حمل و نقل جاده‌اي تا سال 2020 در 154 كشور جهان پرداخته شده است. براي برآورد تعداد وسايل نقليه در هر كشور به منظور پيش بيني مقدار تقاضاي نفت، الگوي مالكيت وسايل نقليه مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. مدل گومپرتز، الگوي كاربردي غيرخطي در الگوسازي مالكيت وسايل نقليه است كه در اين مقاله از آن استفاده شده است. با استفاده از اين الگو، مالكيت وسايل نقليه در 154 كشور منتخب با استفاده از داده‌هاي مقطعي- سري زماني و به صورت سيستمي برآورد و سپس تعداد وسايل نقليه 1000 نفر براي هر كشور پيش بيني شده است. در مرحله‌ي بعد ميزان مصرف سرانه‌ي نفت در هر وسيله‌ي نقليه بر مبناي دو سناريوي پويايي طبق روال و سياست بهبود كارايي سوخت محاسبه و در نهايت تقاضاي نفت مناطق مختلف بر اساس تعداد كل وسايل نقليه و مصرف سرانه‌ي برآورد شده، براي دوره‌ي 2009-2020 پيش بيني شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه تعداد كل وسايل نقليه در سال 2020 تقريباً 1.5 برابر اين تعداد در سال 2008 مي‌باشد. هم چنين، نتايج حاصل از برآورد تقاضاي نفت در بخش حمل و نقل جاده‌اي براي دوره‌ي 2020-2009 نشان مي‌دهد در صورتي كه سياست رشد مصرف سرانه‌ي وسايل نقليه طبق روال گذشتهدر پيش گرفته شود، تقاضاي نفت در جهان تا سال 2020 به 14748 ميليون بشكه‌ معادل نفت خواهد رسيد، اين در حالي است كه اصلاح مصرف سوخت به ميزان 20 درصد در طي يك دروه‌ي 10 ساله‌، سبب مي‌شود تا تقاضاي نفت در جهان به 11601 ميليون بشكه معادل نفت برسد طبقه‌بندي JEL: Q47,Q54

Oil demand for road transport accounts for more than 50% of total world oil demand. Vehicle ownership (in 1000 population) is estimated using the nonlinear Gompertz model by pooled time series cross-sections data for all countries of the world. Different saturation levels for countries and over time are estimated by using demographic and geographic variables. Oil demand is estimated as the product of vehicle stock and “oil use per vehicle” under two scenarios, In the “policy scenario” alternative fuels and technologies and new regulations are deemed to affect the oil demand. Oil demand for road transport for the sample of 154 countries is expected to be 14748 million barrels in 2020 with a 50% increase of the vehicle fleet under the business as usual scenario. However, if measures are taken to reduce per vehicle use fuel use under the "policy scenario", total demand will only increase to 11601 million barrels demonstrating a 20% savings.
