چكيده فارسي :
بحث اصلي اين مقاله، تحليل محتوايي گفتمان محققان در عرصه مطالعات زبان و ترجمه درباره تعامل فرهنگ، زبان و ترجمه با هدف كشف مباني و متغيرهاي تاثيرگذار در اين تعامل است. در بررسي كلان ديدگاه هاي ترجمه شناسان، زبان شناسان و مترجمين درباره چگونگي تعامل فرهنگ، زبان و ترجمه مشخص شد كه 69/76% بر ماهيت فرهنگي ترجمه نظر دارند، 44/67% تعامل فرهنگ و زبان را تجزيه و تحليل نموده اند و 46/60% بر تاثيرچارچوب متفاوت دو جهان و فرهنگ بر مباني اقدامات مترجم معتقدند. تحليل خرد ديدگاه ها نشان داد 86% ديدگاه ها درباره تاثير فرهنگ بر رفتار گفتماني مترجم مي باشد و 13/35% محققين نيز بر اين باورند كه ترجمه ها در طول تاريخ، بر ماهيت فرهنگ ها و هويت ملي انسان ها موثر بوده اند. نتيجه نشان مي دهد كه زبان ها از طريق فرهنگ ها گسترش مي يابند و فرهنگ ها از طريق زبان و فرهنگ در كانون عوامل موثر در كاربرد موفق زبان در جامعه قرار دارد و باعث كشف، گسترش و رشد امكانات، روش ها و راهبردهاي يادگيري زبان و ترجمه مي گردد. هدف آموزش زبان، ادبيات و ترجمه، شناخت افكار انسان هاست و در فرآيند آموزش ارتباطات بين فرهنگي و بين زباني لازم است تعاملي منطقي ميان اين متغيرها ايجاد گردد. بنابراين، لازمه اتخاذ چنين رويكردي بازنگري و تحول در ابعاد گوناگون نظام آموزش زبان، ادبيات و تربيت مترجم از قبيل تهيه و تدوين مطالب درسي، برنامه ريزي آموزشي و پژوهشي و مباني ارزشيابي مي باشد.

paper intends to offer a comparative, descriptive, and analytical investigation of the interaction between culture, language, and translation through the analysis of translatologists, linguists, and translatorsʹ approaches. The results of the study reveal that 67.44% of the researchers have investigated the interaction between language and culture. They believe that language and culture are integrated. Also 76. 69% of the researchers maintain that human communication and translation have got cultural foundations. Moreover, 35.13% of the investigators believe that investigations in the areas of human communication such as language teaching, literature, and translation influence the nature of language, culture, and peopleʹs identity. The study shows that language is developed through culture and vice versa. And successful application of language in the world of language teaching, literature, and translation depends on culture and culture helps human beings to discover and develop teaching, learning, and problem solving strategies in the areas of language teaching, literature, and translation. Therefore, the nature of the data implies a cause and effect relationship between these variables. Then educational planning should include the investigation of the cultural origin of the language and the situations in which it is used.
