تعيين ميزان كاربرد مولفه‌هاي مديريت فرانوگرا در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي شهر اصفهان

The Application Rate of Post Modern Management Components in the Libraries of Isfahan State Universities

هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، بررسي ميزان كاربرد مولفه‌هاي مديريت فرانوگرا در بين مديران و كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي شهر اصفهان بود كه به‌روش توصيفي - پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را مديران و كتابداران كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي شهر اصفهان (166 نفر) تشكيل داده است. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه ‌محقق‌ساخته گردآوري شدند و با نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ميزان كاربرد تمام مولفه ها در وضعيت موجود، كمتر از سطح متوسط و در وضعيت مطلوب، بيشتر از سطح متوسط بود. نتايج حاصل از هتلينگ نيز نشان داد كه ميزان تاثير مولفه ها در وضعيت موجود و مطلوب يكسان نيست. همچنين، تحليل نتايج نشان داد كه در وضعيت موجود برحسب ويژگي جمعيت‌شناختي جنسيت و محل خدمت و در وضعيت مطلوب نيز برحسب ويژگي جمعيت‌شناختي رشته تحصيلي و محل خدمت تفاوت ميانگين‌ها معني‌دار بوده است (p < 0.05).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application rate of post modern management components among managers and librarians in the libraries of Isfahan state universities and the research method was descriptive survey study. The population consisted of 166 managers and librarians in the libraries of Isfahan state universities. Data was gathered using a researcher-made questionnaire and SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the application rate of all the components in the existing situation were lower than the average and in the ideal situation were higher than average. The results of Hotteling showed that the effect of the components in the existing situation and in the ideal situation were not the same. The findings also showed that there was significance in the existing situation based on demographic factors gender and place of work and in the ideal situation based on demographic factors course of study and place of work (p < 0.05).
