مطالعه امكان سنجي استقرار نظام TPM در شركت پتروشيمي خوزستان

The feasibility study of TPM system implementation in Khouzestan Petrochemical Co.

امروزه نگهداري و تعميرات از پايه‏هاي اصلي هر صنعتي مي‏باشد و اهميت و نقش آن بر هيچكس پوشيده نيست. در جايي كه صحبت از توليد اقتصادي است، حتماً در كنار آن بحث نگهداري و تعميرات نيز مطرح است. سيستم تعميرات بهره‏ور فراگير به‏عنوان يك راهبرد نوين، در سطح صنايع و موسساتي كه دستگاه‏ها و تجهيزات، نقش خاصي را در فرآيند ارايه خدمت ايفا مي‏كنند، تحول گسترده‏اي را ايجاد كرده است. اين سيستم با نگرشي جامع تمامي عوامل موثر در ارايه خدمت را به همكاري فرا مي‏خواند و با ايجاد زيرساخت‏ فرهنگي مناسب ارتقا كليه ي عوامل كيفي و بهره‏وري را با تكيه بر ارتقا اثربخشي تجهيزات تضمين مي‏كند. در اين پژوهش موضوع امكان‏سنجي استقرار نظام تعميرات بهره‏ور فراگير TPM در شركت پتروشيمي خوزستان مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي گردآوري داده‏هاي مورد نياز در اين تحقيق دو نوع پرسشنامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه استاندارد مميزي ساختار نگهداري و تعميرات (ISO 8401) در هفت موضوع و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مميزي عوامل انساني در پنج موضوع كه پس از كسب نظرات خبرگان دانشگاهي و صنعتي و اطمينان از روايي و پايايي آنها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.پس از تجزيه و تحليل داده‏ها و يافته‏ها مشاهده شد كه عوامل ساختاري و انساني لازم براي استقرار TPM در شركت پتروشيمي ‏خوزستان وجود ندارد.

Today, maintenance and repair of the main base and the industrial importance and its role is not covered by anyone. Where the talk of economic production, alongside the talk sure maintenance is also discussed.Efficient repair system as a comprehensive new strategy, the level of industries and businesses that equipment and special role in the process to implement the service, extensive development has created. This comprehensive look at all the system factors in providing the service with calls and creating suitable infrastructure and cultural factors promote the quality and efficiency rely on equipment to ensure effective promotion.Petrochemical industry along with the technology, the equipment and the incidence and complex uses.The industry to increase production and ultimately increase productivity and competitive capacity in the organization, required to establish and use the system, such as repairs are efficient and comprehensive.In this study, "feasibility review to establish efficient repairs comprehensive TPM in Khuzestan Petrochemical Company" was analyzed. Statistical Society in this study consisted of three categories personnel operations, repairs and Managers are a number of 355 samples were statistically classified based on random sampling number of 186 persons were selected from three categories. Collect data required for this study two questionnaires were used: a standard questionnaire 100 questions (ISO 8402( audit structure maintenance in seven subject of net, and strategy, systems, personnel and training, equipment and tools net, effectiveness audit notes, information management, safety and environmental conditions)and a researcher-designed questionnaire, 48 questions in five certification human factors (cultural, social, physical, economic and management support)that the university and industry experts get comments and make sure validity and reliability it was used.The analysis and findings using SPSS software version 16 and using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, all necessary structural factors that Khuzestan Petrochemical Company there and except for management information and safety and environmental status, other factors for the establishment of TPM in Khuzestan Petrochemical Company is not suitable. The review of human factors was observed except operating condition management support for the establishment of four factors TPM in Khuzestan Petrochemical Company is not suitable. Finally, cultural barriers and the structural problems of the way to implement TPM for identifying and obviate the suggested benefit were provided.
