مدل پيش بيني درجه سياسي بودن مديران مالي شركت هاي تحت بورس تهران با استفاده از شاخص هاي عملكرد مالي

The Prediction Model of Political Degree of Financial Managers in Companies of Tehran Stock Exchange Using Financial Performance Measures

سياست‌ ‌از عناصر طبيعي‌ تصميمات راهبردي مديران‌ است. تصميم‌گيري‌ راهبردي‌ به‌ صورت‌ درگير شدن‌ در منافع‌ مادي‌ تعريف‌ مي‌شود. اين‌ كار مديران‌ را به‌ جانبداري‌ از يكديگر وادار و به‌ سمت‌ كنترل‌ اطلاعات‌ و تشكيل‌ ايتلاف‌ سوق‌ مي‌دهد. سياست‌ به‌ يك‌ فرآيند تصميم‌گيري‌ راهبردي‌ ضعيف‌ ختم‌ مي‌شود و اين رفتار سياسي در جاييكه مديران با مسايل مالي روبرو ميشوند، افزايش يابد. درگيري سازمانهاي توليدي با رفتارهاي سياسي مديران ارشد مالي آنها مي تواند بر گزارش هاي مالي ارايه شده از سوي آنها تاثير گذارد. از اينرو هدف اين تحقيق ارايه مدل پيش بيني و تفكيك مديران سياسي از مديران غير سياسي مي باشد. از ميان 450 شركت 190 مورد آن فاقد مفروضات تحقيق بوده كه از ميان 260 شركت منتخب تعداد 70 شركت در سطح خطاي 0.1به روش تصادفي ساده بدون جايگزين، به عنوان نمونه تحقيق تعيين شد. با نرم افزار آماري SPSS شماره 15 داده هاي مربوط تحليل گشتند و مدل تشخيصي مبتني بر دو گروه متغيرهاي مديريتي و مالي ارايه شد. نتايج نشان ميدهد كه سن مدير قوي ترين متغير تفكيكي دو گروه مي باشد، بازده فروش و بعد از آن سابقه و جنسيت دو متغير مديريتي مطرح هستند. بنابراين متغيرهاي مالي عملكرد نسبت به متغير هاي مديريتي از قدرت تشخيص كمتري برخوردارند. ميزان موفقيت كلي مدل ارايه شده در اين تحقيق در پيش بيني متغير وابسته (سياسي بودن يا نبودن مديران مالي)91/4درصد است كه بيانگر قدرت بالاي مدل در پيش بيني وضع سياسي بودن مديران است.

The politics is from natural elements of managersʹ strategic decisions. Strategic decision making is defined to be involved in financial benefits. This persuades managers to support each other and leads them to control information and construct consortium. The politics leads to a weak strategic decision making process. This political behavior is stronger where managers face to financial issues. The involvement of manufacturing organizations in political behavior of financial managers could affect financial reports prepared by them. Hence, the objective of this research is to prepare a discriminator and prediction model to differentiate political from nonpolitical managers. From 450 companies 190 did not have research conditions and finally we selected 70 from 260 companies as research sample, in error level of 0.1 by systematic sampling. By SPSS statistical software version 15 data was analyzed and we presented the discrimination model based on two groups of financial and managerial variables. The results indicate the age of manager is the strongest discrimination variable, after that ROS and again two managerial variables namely experience and genders are the strongest. Therefore, financial performance variables are weaker than managerial variables. The total success of the model to prediction of depend variable (to be political or not) is 91.4 in this research that indicates the model is successful to prediction.
