ارزيابي كفايت دروني مراكز آموزش كوتاه مدت عمومي و تخصصي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي و مقايسه آن در واحدهاي منطقه ده

Evaluating of the internal sufficiency of the specialized and general short range educational centers of Islamic Azad University and comparing it in units of area 10

اين تحقيق به منظور ارزيابي كفايت دروني مراكز آموزش كوتاه مدت عمومي و تخصصي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي و مقايسه آن در واحدهاي منطقه ده انجام شده است. در اين پژوهش كه به صورت مطالعه موردي انجام گرفته است مراحل فرآيند آموزش كوتاه مدت (نيازسنجي، برنامه‌ريزي، اجرا و ارزشيابي) در سطح منطقه ده دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي رتبه‌بندي شده است. همچنين صلاحيت و كفايت واحدهاي منطقه (استان سمنان و گلستان) از نظر توانايي اجراي برنامه‌هاي آموزش كوتاه مدت عمومي و تخصصي ويژه كاركنان، اعضاي هيات علمي و مديران مركز آموزش ضمن‌خدمت مي‌پردازد. روش تحقيق توصيفي است كه از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش اجرا توصيفي-پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه كاركنان، اعضاي هيات علمي و مديران واحدهاي منطقه ده دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي است كه تحت پوشش مركز آموزش كوتاه مدت قرار دارند و جمعيت آماري آنها 2600 نفر مي‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گيري در اين تحقيق به صورت طبقه‌اي تصادفي شده بوده و نمونه آماري براساس فرمولهاي آماري كوكران تعداد 324 نفر محاسبه شده است. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است كه ضريب پايايي آن بر اساس آلفاي كرونباخ 87% و براي هر يك از مولفه‌هاي نيازسنجي 75%، برنامه ريزي 77%، اجرا 78% و ارزشيابي 80% بوده است. داده‌هاي جمع آوري شده به كمك آزمونهاي T و تحليل واريانس يك طرفه و پس‌آزمون L.S.D و به كمك نرم افزا spss و Excel مورد تجزيه و‌تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه ميانگين نمره كفايت مراكز آموزش كوتاه مدت واحدهاي منطقه در رعايت اصول اعتبارسنجي تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد. از بين مراحل فرآيند آموزش كوتاه مدت، مرحله اجرا داراي بيشترين كفايت بوده و به لحاظ نمره كفايت در رعايت اصول اعتبارسنجي واحد شاهرود در رتبه اول و واحدهاي گرگان، مينودشت به ترتيب در مراحل دوم و سوم قرار دارند.

This research has been done in order to evaluating of the internal sufficiency of the specialized and general short range educational centers of Islamic Azad University and comparing it in units of area 10. In this research that has been done by case study, the phases of short range education process (accreditation, planning, performance and evaluation) have been ranked in Islamic Azad universities of area 10. So it has considered the area units (Golestan and Semnan province) in order to specify the ability of execution of specialized and general short range educational plans for personals, faculty members and department’s heads of in-service educational centers. The method of research is descriptive study, study aim is applicable and conduct of that is survey-descriptive. Statistical populations is 2600 that includes personals, faculty members and department heads of area 10. By using stratified random sampling and based on Q test, 324 sample data was selected among 2600 statistical populations. In order to collecting data, we use researcher made questionnaire with reliability which was examined by Cranach’salpha (?=%87) so needs assessment was %75, planning was %77, performance was %78 and evaluation was %80. In order to analyzing the data, a test of T and F (anova) and scheffe test (L.S.D) was employed. So data was analyzing by SPSS and EXCEL.The results showed that is significant difference between averages of sufficiency number of short range educational centers in observance of accreditation principles based on division of area 10 units. So, it was found that the phase of performance has the most sufficiency and Shahrood unit is in first rank in order to have sufficiency number in observance of accreditation principles and gorgan, MinouDasht units are in next phases.
