چكيده فارسي :
اهداف اساسي پژوهش حاضر عبارتند از: الف- ارزيابي تيوريك و روشي تحقيقات انجام شده در حوزه جوانان و ب- بررسي و ارزيابي راهكارها و پيشنهادات ارايه شده در اين تحقيقات. نوع تحقيق، مطالعه اسنادي از نوع تحليل محتواي متون و روش تحقيق فرا تحليل است. تكنيك جمع آوري اطلاعات براساس طرح پرسشنامه معكوس است. جامعه آماري طرح، شامل كليه طرح‌هاي پژوهشي و پايان نامه هاي تحصيلات تكميلي در حوزه مسايل اجتماعي و فرهنگي جوانان در ايران در يك دهه اخير است. در مدت 6 ماه، تعداد40 پروژه تحقيقاتي به عنوان حجم نمونه مورد تحليل قرار گرفت. تقريباً تمامي تحقيقات مورد نظر با مسايل امروزي مبتلا به جوانان مرتبط هستند، در70% طرح‌ها، اهداف تحقيق تناسب كافي با موضوع و مسيله تحقيق دارند و در85% موارد، اهداف تحقيق، قابل بررسي و عملي مي‌باشند. در60% طرح‌هاي داراي فرضيه، در تدوين فرضيات، اصول علمي كاملاً رعايت شده است. در40% طرح‌ها، متغيرهاي اصلي تحقيق، تعريف عملياتي نشده‌اند.
در رابطه با هدف دوم از منظر داوران، در25% طرح‌ها، تمامي راهكارهاي ارايه شده مبتني بر نتايج تحقيق مي‌باشد. راهكارهاي ارايه شده در28% موارد، ارتباط چنداني با نتايج تحقيق ندارند و در32% طرح‌ها نيز، كاربردي و عملي نيستند. همچنين، در 36% طرح‌ها، راهكارها عموماً كلي و عملياتي نشده مي‌باشند. از مجموع، نمرات داده شده به تمامي گويه‌ها در هر بند از تحقيق، ميانگين‌هاي زير حاصل شده است: الف) ارزيابي طرح مسيله و اهداف تحقيق نمره 3/2 از 3 نمره؛ ب) ارزيابي تيوريك نمره 3/2 از 3 نمره؛ ج) ارزيابي روش‌شناختي نمره 7/2 از 3 نمره؛ د) ارزيابي راهكارها و پيشنهادات نمره 2 از 3 نمره.
چكيده لاتين :
The main purposes of the present study are: the theoretic and methodical evaluation of the researches conducted on issues pertaining to youth, and the investigation and evaluation of the solutions and suggestions presented in these researches. This is a documentary research of the type of the analysis of text contents, and its method is meta-analysis research. The technique for data gathering is based on the inverted questionnaire. The statistical pile of the project consists of the whole number of research projects and academic theses in the field of social and cultural issues of youth in Iran during the last decade. During six months, 40 research projects were analyzed as the sample bulk. Nearly all the researches are related to the modern issues of the youth; in 70% of the projects, the purpose of the research is adequately relevant to its subject matter; and in 85% of them, the purpose of the research is examinable and practical. In 60% of the projects having hypotheses, the scientific principles have been observed in formulating the hypotheses. In 40%, the main variables have not been operationally defined. Regarding the second purpose in the arbitratorsʹ view, in 25% of the projects, all the solutions presented are based on the research results. The solutions presented in 28% of the projects are not so relevant to the research results, and in 32% of the projects, they are not practical. Besides, in 36% of the projects, the solutions are often general and not operational.
From the scores given to all answers in each section of the research, the following means have been obtained: a) the evaluation of research project and its purposes, 2/3 out of 3; b) the theoretical evaluation, 2/3 out of 3; c) the methodological evaluation, 2/7 out of 3; d) he evaluation of the solutions and suggestions, 2 out of 3.
