توسعه گردشگري پايدار روستايي و جايگاه بافتهاي باارزش روستا (مطالعه موردي: روستاي سيمين شهر همدان)

Sustainable Rural Tourism Development and the Valuable Textures of Rural Areas (Case study: Simin Village of Hamedan)

توسعه پايدار گردشگري به دنبال گسترش اين صنعت و جذب گردشگران با استفاده از منابع موجود مي باشد به نحوي كه بتواند ضمن پاسخگويي به نيازهاي اقتصادي و فرهنگي، ضوابط قانوني جامعه، انتظارات گردشگران، وحدت و هويت فرهنگي، سلامت محيط زيست و تعادل اقتصادي مقصد را به طور متوازن و پيوسته در حد بهينه تامين نمايد. توسعه گردشگري در روستاهايي كه داراي بافت باارزش تاريخي و معماري بوم گرا هستند، به معني بالفعل نمودن ارزشها و جاذبه هاي معماري روستا و معرفي آن به عنوان مقصد گردشگري است. در اين صورت تامين خدمات و امكانات و ايجاد و توسعه زيرساختهاي لازم براي حضور، بازديد و اقامت گردشگران امري ضروري است. هدف از اين تحقيق بررسي نحوه گسترش گردشگري پايدار روستايي از طريق حفاظت از بافتهاي روستايي در روستاي سيمين شهر همدان مي باشد. نتايج نشان داد كه احيا و نوسازي روستايي سبب تقويت نقش گردشگري روستايي مي گردد و در صورتي كه گردشگري روستايي به نحوي مناسب برنامه ريزي و مديريت شود، مي تواند خالق يا محرك يك فرآيند توسعه يافته براي حصول به پايداري توسعه در نواحي روستايي و صنعت گردشگري باشد.

Sustainable tourism development tries to expand the industry and attract more tourists using the existing resources in such a way that it can follow the legal norms of society, the expectations of tourists, unity and cultural identity, environmental health and economic balance of the destination in an optimal, balanced and continuous way, along with responding to their economic and cultural needs properly. Tourism development in villages with valuable historical and architectural ecology-oriented context is in fact actualizing the values and architectural attractions of the village and introducing it as a tourism destination. Therefore, providing proper services and facilities and developing infrastructure for the visiting tourists and residents is essential. The study aims to investigate the how of sustainable rural tourism development through the preservation of rural contexts in Simin village in Hamedan province. Results showed that the revival and rebuilding of rural areas result in strengthening the role of rural tourism and if rural tourism is planned and managed appropriately, it can lead to a developed process o achieve a sustainable development in rural areas and tourism industry.
