ژيوپليتيك تروريسم در افغانستان و تاثير آن بر امنيت آسياي مركزي

The geopolitics of terrorism in Afghanistan and its impact on central asiaʹʹs security

با در نظر گرفتن مفهوم ژيوپليتيك تروريسم، تحقيق پيش‌رو در پي تحليل ريشه‌ها و عوامل پديده تروريسم در افغانستان و تاثيرآن بر امنيت آسياي مركزي مي‌باشد. از اين رو، بررسي و ارزيابي تاريخ معاصر افغانستان، از جمله حوادثي كه منجر به وقوع جنگ داخلي در زمان رژيم طرفدار شوروي گرديد، تهاجم ارتش سرخ و تسخير افغانستان و متعاقب آن اعلام جهاد مسلمانان عليه تهاجم شوروي، راهگشاي شناخت پديده تروريسم در افغانستان خواهد بود. در ادامه واكاوي پديده تروريسم، جنبش طالبان و گروه القاعده به رهبري اسامه بن لادن، كه از جمله نيروهاي جهادي در اواخر دهه هفتاد ميلادي بود، به عنوان هسته مركزي تروريسم بين الملل ضرورت خواهد يافت. در پايان با بر شمردن دلايل گسترش بنيادگرايي در آسياي مركزي، پيامدهاي امنيتي تروريسم بر منطقه مورد بررسي قرار خواهد گرفت.

Having put an emphasis on the concept of geopolitics of terrorism, itself, this paper aims to describes and analyzes the root causes of the terror phenomenon in Afghanistan and its impact in creation of instability in the neighboring Central Asia. Hence, the study surveys and assesses the modern history of this divided fragmented country; those incidences that led to the outbreak of the civil war during the pro-Soviet regime era, the Soviet invasion of the country , and the Jihad declared by the Muslim world against the Soviet invasion. The study, then, analyzes the terror phenomenon of “Afghan Alumni” & the Al Qaeda organization headed by Bin Laden, who was one of the recruits to the Jihad at the end of the 1970s, as the central component in international terror. Finally the study tries to explain the major causes for the expansion of Fundamentalism in the neighboring Central Asia as well as the security impact of the terror in this region.
