Educational Needs Assessment of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Physical Education Faculty Members of Universities

نيازسنجي آموزشي فناوري اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي تعيين كننده نيازهاي مهارتي مقدماتي و تخصصي ICT منابع انساني است. در اين تحقيق نيازهاي آموزشي فناوري اطلاعاتي و ارتباطي اعضاي هيات علمي گروه هاي تربيت بدني دانشگاه هاي استان آذربايجان شرقي بررسي شده است. اطلاعات مورد نظر با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه روايي و پايايي آن سنجيده شده بود، از نمونه هاي آماري كه 29 نفر بودند، گردآوري و رتبه بندي شد. در اين تحقيق از روش هاي آماري توصيفي، آزمون كولموگروف – اسميرنوف، آزمون t و فريدمن استفاده شد. نمونه هاي آماري دربرگيرنده كل افراد جامعه آماري بود. از اين تعداد 20 نفر مرد و 9 نفر زن بودند. نتايج نشان داد اعضاي هيات علمي به منظور بهره گيري موثر از ICT در فرايند آموزش و تحقيق به آموزش مقدماتي در حد متوسط و آموزش تخصصي در حد بالا نياز دارند. از نظر آنها كاربرد ICT در امر آموزش و پژوهش مفيد و موثر است و علاقه مند به شركت در كارگاه هاي آموزشي بودند كه در دوره هاي تخصصي بيشترين گرايش مربوط به نياز به شركت در دوره هاي آموزشي تجزيه و ارزيابي حركات انسان به وسيله كامپيوتر و در دوره هاي مقدماتي بيشترين گرايش مربوط به كارگاه آموزشي مهارت هاي هفتگانه (ICDL) بود. همچنين از نظر آنها ICT موجب استفاده بهينه از امكانات موجود مي-شود و روحيه ابداع و نوآوري را افزايش مي دهد و موجب نظم در فعاليت ها مي شود، ارتباطات درون سازماني را تسهيل و در ارايه خدمات ورزشي توسط استادان دانشگاه كمك مي كند و امكان آموزش و فعاليت در محيط خارج از سازمان به صورت مجازي را فراهم مي سازد.

Educational needs assessment of information and communication technology (ITC) determines basic and specialized skill needs of human resources in the ICT. This study investigated educational needs of information and communication technology (ICT) in faculty members of physical education, universities of East Azerbaijan province. Data were collected usinga researcher-made questionnaire (the reliability and validity were determined) from 29 subjects (the sample of the study). In the research, descriptive statistics, Kolmogrov – Smirnoff test, t test and Friedman test were used. Statistical sample equaled the statistical population (20 males and 9 females). Results showed that faculty members to use ICT effectively in teaching and research process require moderate basic education and high specialized education. They believed that application of ICT in education and research was useful and effective. They were interested in participating in educational workshops; in professional courses, they needed educational courses of human movement analysis and evaluation by computer and in preparatory courses, they needed workshops of ICDL. Also, they believed that exiting facilities can be used efficiently through ICT, invention and innovation can increase, activities cab be organized, intra-organizational communication can be easier; university professors can provide sports services and virtual education and activity can be promoted out of the organization.
