تاثير خلق وخوي مربيان بر سبك رهبري تحول آفرين در تيم هاي ورزشي

Effects of Coaches’ Disposition on Transformational Leadership Style in Sport Teams

در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از رويكرد خلق وخوي در مطالعه سبك رهبري تحول آفرين مربيان ورزشي، روابط دروني ميان هيجان پذيري، هوش عاطفي و شخصيت و نقش اين سازه ها بر رهبري تحول آفرين بررسي شد. داده هاي تحقيق از 206 نفر از مربيان ورزشي گردآوري شده است. روش تحليل آماري اطلاعات، همبستگي پيرسون است. براساس نتايج اين پژوهش، رابطه‌ عميق و مثبتي بين هيجان پذيري مثبت با شخصيت (05/0P < ، 251/0 = r) و سبك رهبري تحول آفرين (785/0 = r، 001/0P < ) و رابطه اي منفي بين هيجان پذيري منفي با سبك رهبري تحول آفرين (001/0 P < ، 408/0 = r) وجود دارد. همچنين ارتباط شخصيت با سبك رهبري (001/0 P < ، 408/0 = r) و هوش عاطفي با سبك رهبري (05/0 P < ، 253/0 = r) به تاييد رسيد. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر تاثير مثبت متغيرهاي جمعيت شناختي همچون سن و سابقه مربيگري بر رهبري تحول آفرين است. هرچند سطح تحصيلات با رهبري تحول آفرين رابطه اي معكوس را نشان داد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان دهنده اهميت جنبه-هاي احساسي و عاطفي در هدايت تيم هاي ورزشي است و پيشنهاد مي شود كه مربيان تيم هاي ورزشي نه تنها بايد قادر به نشان دادن مهارت هاي عاطفي خود باشند، بلكه بايد به صورت پيوسته، اين مهارت ها را در خود تقويت كنند.

The current study examined interrelation of affectivity, emotional intelligence and personality and their roles in sport coaches’ transformational leadership style using their disposition. Data are collected from 206 sport coaches. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze data. The results showed a positive deep relationship between positive affectivity with personality (r=0.251, P < 0.05) and transformational leadership style (r=0.785, P < 0.001) while a negative relationship between negative affectivity with transformational leadership style (r= -0.408, P < 0.001). Also, the relationship between personality with transformational leadership style (r=0.408, P < 0.001) and emotional intelligence with transformational leadership style (r=0.253, P < 0.05) were confirmed. The results indicated that demographic variables such as age and coaching experience had a positive effect on transformational leadership style although education level was conversely related with transformational leadership style. The results of this paper showed that emotional dimensions have an important role in leading sport teams. It is suggested that sport coaches not only should be able to show their emotional skills but also should continuously develop their communicational and emotional skills.
