بررسي ساختار عاملي (تاييدي) نسخه فارسي پرسشنامه حالت- صفت بيان خشمSTAXI-2 در جمعيت باليني

The study confirmatory factor analysis of a Persian Version of the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2 (STAXI-2) in a Clinical Sample

در دنياي رو به رشد روان شناسي نياز فزاينده‏اي به ابزارهاي استاندارد شده براي زبان ها و فرهنگ‏هاي خاص احساس مي شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ساختار عاملي (تاييدي) نسخه فارسي پرسشنامه حالت – صفت بيان خشم (STAXI-2) در جمعيت باليني ايراني بود. جامعه پژوهشي شامل بيماران مراجعه كننده به كلينك‏هاي روان‏پزشكي سطح شهر تهران طي سال‏هاي 86 تا 89 بود. نمونه اين مطالعه از 553 بيمار مبتلا به اختلالات روان‏شناختي (178، مرد و 375، زن) بين 17 تا 66 تشكيل مي‏شد، كه در گروه‏هاي تشخيصي، اختلالات اضطرابي، اختلالات خلقي، وسواس، اختلالات شخصيت، اختلال‏هاي كنترل تكانه، اختلال آسيمگي و بيرون هراسي (فوبي) طبقه‏بندي شدند. روش نمونه گيري، نمونه گيري در دسترس بود. پس از جمع آوري اطلاعات، داده‏ها از طريق تحليل‏هاي عاملي اكتشافي و تاييدي مورد تحليل قرار گرفتند، در پايان، پرسشنامه‏اي متشكل از 48 عبارت با 5 مقياس و 4 خرده مقياس به دست آمد: حالت خشم (حالت دروني، حالت بيروني)، صفت خشم (خوي خشمناك، واكنش خشمناك)، بيان خشم به طرف بيرون، بيان خشم به طرف درون و كنترل خشم. تفاوت‏هاي قابل ملاحظه‏اي در ساختار عاملي نمونه ايراني و نمونه آمريكايي بدست آمد، در بخش حالت خشم در جمعيت باليني ايراني به جاي سه خرده مقياس احساس خشم، بيان كلامي خشم و بيان جسماني خشم، دو خرده مقياس حالت دروني خشم و حالت بيروني خشم به دست آمد، در بخش صفت خشم با حذف عبارت شماره 19، دو خرده مقياس خوي خشمناك و واكنش خشمناك تاييد شد و در بخش شيوه ابراز خشم، عبارت‏هاي دو مقياس كنترل خشم به طرف بيرون و درون روي يك عامل به نام كنترل خشم بار شدند. سه عبارت از مقياس بيان خشم به طرف بيرون و پنج عبارت از مقياس بيان خشم به طرف درون نيز به دليل ويژگي‏هاي نامناسب روان سنجي و بار شدن روي عامل‏هاي نامربوطه، از پرسشنامه نهايي حذف شدند. ساختار عاملي نسبتاً ثابتي براي مردان و زنان به استثناي تفاوت‏هايي در مقياس بيان خشم به طرف درون بدست آمد

This paper examines the structure factor (Confirmatory) of a Persian Version of the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-2 (STAXI-2) in Iranian Clinical Sample. Sampel of this study consisted of 553 patients that referred to two psychiatric clinic in Tehran city between 86 - 89 years, (178 males and 375 females) between 17 - 66 years with the diagnostic group that were classified; anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, impulsive control disorder and phobia disorder with convenient sampling. After data collection, data were analyzed by Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, in the end, a questionnaire consisting of 48 item with five scales and four subscales; (the State Anger (internal state and external state), Trait Anger (Angry temperament and Angry reaction), Anger Expression-Out, Anger Expression-In and Anger Control) were excluded as the final questionnaire. Significantly differences were obtained in the factor structure of Iranian and American samples. In section of Stait - anger instead of three subscales-feeling of anger, verbal expression of anger and physical expression of anger, extrated the internal state and external state subscale. In section of trait anger by eliminating the 19 item was confirmed angry temperament and the angry reaction subscales. In section of Expression of anger, two scales of Anger Control – out and Anger Control –In loading on a first factor as Anger Control. Three item of anger Expression-Out and five item of anger Expression-In eliminated due to poor psychometrics characteristics and loading on the irrelevant factor.Relatively stable factor structure were obtained for men and women with the exception of differences on the Anger Expression-In scale.
