The relation between particular concepts with meaning, denotation and reference

رابطه مفاهيم جزيي با معنا، دلالت و ارجاع يكي از مسايلي است كه همواره ذهن محققين در فلسفه منطق، زبانشناسي و فلسفه تحليلي را به خود مشغول كرده‌است. منطق‌دانان سنتي با تسامح بسيار در اين مسيله وارد شده، با اعلام اينكه جزيي معناي مستقلي دارد و مستقيماً به شي‌ خاص ارجاع مي‌دهد و بر آن هم دلالت مي‌كند از كنار آن عبور كرده‌اند، ولي به مرور زمان و خصوصاً با ظهور فلسفه تحليلي اين موضوع جايگاه واقعي خود را پيدا كرده‌است. در اينكه اساساً آيا مفهوم جزيي معنا دارد يا بي‌معناست، مناقشه‌هاي بسياري رخ داد و به تبع آن در نوع و ارجاع و دلالت اين مفاهيم، نكات بسياري روشن شده‌است. اين مقاله به بحث تطبيقي ولو به‌صورت بسيار محدود و مختصر در اين‌باره پرداخته‌است.

The relation between particular concepts, meaning, denotation and reference is one of the issuses that have always been interest to researchers in the philosophy of logic, linguistics and analytic philosophy. Traditional logicians have approached this issue with great lenience, proclaiming that particular concepts have independent meaning and refer to an object directly and signify that. They have passed by in silence. But as time passed by especially with the advent analytic philosophy, this issue has come to have its real place. There have been many debates as to whether particular concepts have been basically meaning or not, as consequence many insights have been crystallized with regard to the three of these concepts, their reference and their denotation. This article presents a comparative discussion in brief.
