Educational and Training Mission of the Learning Centers

در مراكز آموزشي ما، نه استاد در فرايند آموزش، نقش تربيتي ايفا مي‌كند و نه شاگرد در فراگيري مطالب، نقش فعال دارد. در حالي‌كه فراگير بايد قبل از كلاس مبحث مورد نظر را مطالعه كند؛ مفاهيم، نظريات، قوانين و اصول مربوط به هر مبحث را بشناسد؛ و آنها را به زبان خود در كلاس بيان كند. وظيفه معلم نيز هدايت فعاليت فراگيران و پاسخگويي به اشكالات و ابهامات آنهاست. با به‌كارگيري اين روش، فراگيران به‌ تدريج با شيوه منطقي مواجهه با مسايل آشنا مي‌شوند و پيروي از عقل و دوري از تعصب در آنها تقويت مي‌گردد. همچنين به ‌لحاظ تربيتي ياد مي‌گيرند كه چگونه احساسات خود را مهار و رابطه‌اي معقول، سنجيده، صميمانه و مشاركت‌جويانه با ديگران برقرار كنند.

In our learning centers the instructor does not perform an educational role, nor does the student play an active role in the learning of materials, whereas, the learner should study the material before attending the class. He should make himself familiar with concepts, theories, laws and principles regarding each subject and express them in the language intimate to himself. The instructor’s duty is to conduct the learners and to solve difficulties and ambiguities they encounter. Using this method, the learners will gradually be familiar with the logical manner of facing the problems, and this method strengthens their ability to follow the reason and avoid the prejudice. They also learn, in educational terms, how to contain their feelings and how to establish rational, sincere, and participatory relationships with others.
