رابطه بين ميزان اعتماد اجتماعي و سلامت رواني (مطالعه موردي: معلمان شهرستان تيران و كرون)

AnAnalysis on the Relationship between Teachers’ Social Trust and Mental Health

اعتماد يكي از مولفه‌هاي تاثير‌گذار بر سلامت افراد جامعه است. تامين سلامت گروه‌هاي مختلف جامعه، يكي از مسايل اساسي هر كشوري به‌شمار مي‌آيد. اما شخصيت و تعادل رواني معلمان بيش از ساير طبقات اجتماعي موردتوجه و با‌اهميت است. مطالعه حاضر، پژوهشي مقطعي و كاربردي است و با روش پيمايش، ميان معلمان سه دوره (ابتدايي، راهنمايي و متوسطه) شاغل در شهرستان تيران و كرون در سال 1390 انجام شده است. به‌علت گستردگي و پراكندگي منطقه، جهت تعيين حجم نمونه موردنظر، از روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي استفاده شده است. در اين نمونه‌گيري، 240 نفر از معلمان منطقه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ابزار پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوري، و به كمك نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و ليزرل تحليل شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق بيانگر اين است كه بين ميزان سلامت روان زنان و مردان، افراد مجرد و متاهل و همچنين معلمان مشغول به خدمت در شهر و روستا تفاوت معنا‌داري وجود ندارد. از سوي ديگر، بين ميزان سلامت روان با ابعاد مختلف اعتماد اجتماعي رابطه مستقيم و معنا‌داري وجود دارد؛ به‌عبارت ديگر با زيادشدن ميزان اعتماد اجتماعي، ميزان سلامت رواني افزايش پيدا مي‌كند. نتايج اين تحقيق همسو با نظريات انديشمنداني همچون پاتنام، ويلكينسون و كاواچي است.

Trust is one of the effective cases on the person’s health and providing this health for all kinds of people is one of the basic issues in any society. On the other hand, teachers’ personality as well as their mental and psychological balance are more important than those of the other kinds of people in the society. The present study is an applied and cross-sectional research done by using a survey among different Tiranian teachers in different schools (elementary, guidance and secondary) in 2011.There were 240 people participating in this research. Because of the scattering of research people in various areas, we used multi-stage cluster samples to determine the volume. Also the data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using Lisrel and SPSS softwares. The findings indicated that there was no significant difference between women and men, married and single people and teachers’ mental health rate. On the other hand, there was a direct significant relationship between mental health and various dimensions of social trust. In other words, the more social trust, the more mental and psychological health. These findings are in agreement whit the ideas such thinkers as Putnam, Wilkinson, and Kavachy.
