بررسي ميزان آموزش مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زاي مورد نياز بازار كار در برنامه‌هاي درسي كارشناسي ناپيوسته حسابداري، مهندسي عمران و صنايع غذايي

Evaluation of employment skills training required for labor market in undergraduate curricula of accounting, civil engineering and food industries majors

هدف اين پژوهش «بررسي ميزان آموزش مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زاي مورد نياز بازار كار در برنامه‌هاي درسي كارشناسي ناپيوسته حسابداري، صنايع غذايي و مهندسي عمران» و روش پژوهش از نوع زمينه يابي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل اعضاي هيات علمي، مدرسان و دانشجويان ترم آخر كارشناسي رشته‌هاي حسابداري،صنايع غذايي و مهندسي عمران دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تربت حيدريه است كه كل جامعه آماري مورد پژوهش قرار گرفت. تعداد دانشجويان حسابداري 63 نفر، مهندسي عمران 78 نفر و صنايع غذايي 37 نفر است و استادان رشته حسابداري 12 نفر، مهندسي عمران 35 نفر و صنايع غذايي 8 نفر هستند. تعدادكل دانشجويان سه گروه 178 نفر و كل استادان سه گروه 55 نفر است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و آمار توصيفي براي توصيف داده‌ها و آزمونt تك نمونه‌اي براي تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهند كه دانشجويان (به جز فناوري اطلاعات، مديريت خود و يادگيري) و استادان رشته حسابداري بر اين باورند كه مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زا در برنامه درسي اين رشته آموزش داده نمي‌شود. دانشجويان رشته مهندسي عمران معتقدند كه مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زا (به جز برنامه‌ريزي و مديريت خود)آموزش داده مي‌شوند، استادان رشته مهندسي عمران نيز اعتقاد دارند كه مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زا (به جز حل مساله، برنامه ريزي، مديريت خود و يادگيري) آموزش داده مي‌شوند. دانشجويان رشته صنايع غذايي هم بر اين اعتقادند كه مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زا (به جز برنامه ريزي، ارتباط، فناوري اطلاعات و يادگيري) آموزش داده مي‌شوند، استادان رشته صنايع غذايي نيز باور دارند كه از مهارت‌هاي اشتغال‌زا، تنها كار تيمي آموزش داده مي‌شود.

The purpose of this study, was "Evaluation of employment skills training required for labor market in undergraduate curricula of accounting, civil engineering and food industries majors ". The research method was survey. The population was the faculty members, teachers and students of the last semester of undergraduate accounting, civil engineering and food industries majors of Islamic Azad University of Torbat heydariyeh. The total statistical population were studied. The number of students in the accounting major was 63, in civil engineering was 78 and in food industries was 35. The number of masters of accounting was 12, civil engineering was 35 and food industries was 8. The total population of students in the three groups were 178 and the total of the masters in the three groups were 55. The Researcher made questionnaire was used for data collection, descriptive statistics to describe the data and one sample t-test for statistical analysis. The Opinions of experts were used to assess its validity. The reliability of 0.83 was estimated by using Cronbachʹs alpha. The results indicated that the accounting students (except IT, self-management and learning) and the masters believed that the employment skills are not taugh in the curriculum of this course. The results showed that the civil engineering students (except for planning, self-management and learning) believed that employment skills are taught. Civil engineering masters also believed that employment skills (except for problem solving, planning and self-management) are taught in the curriculum of this course.. The results also indicated that the students of food industries believed that the employment skills (other than planning, communication, information technology and learning) are taught, and the masters also Believed that only the teamwork beare taught.
