عوامل موثر بر افزايش كيفيت آموزشي دوره‌هاي كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه آزاد دانشكده علوم تربيتي (مطالعه موردي واحد رودهن)

Factors affecting to increase the educational quality of postgraduate Azad University courses Faculty of Educational Sciences (Roodehen branch case study)

با توجه به اهميت آموزش و نقش تعيين كننده آن در ارتقاي سطح كيفي دانشگاه، اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي عوامل موثر بر افزايش كيفيت آموزشي دوره‌هاي كارشناسي ارشد دانشكده علوم تربيتي دانشگاه آزاد واحد رودهن انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي با رويكرد پيمايشي است و جامعه آماري آن شامل كليه دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد دانشكده علوم تربيتي دانشگاه ازاد واحد رودهن به تعدا 255 نفر در سال 88 ـ 89 مي‌شود . حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان به تعداد 152 نفر تعيين شد و روش نمونه گيري به صورت تصادفي طبقه‌اي بود. به منظور گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌اي محقق ساخته تدوين گرديد كه شامل 27 گويه 5 گزينه‌اي درمقياس ليكرت است و ضريب پايايي آن با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ 78/0 به دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي در محيط نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نشان دادند كه عواملي مانند تجهيز كلاس‌ها به تكنولوژي نوين، انجام پژوهش، تغيير محتواي آموزشي، تدريس استادان و توسعه حرفه‌اي آنان، همگي به ميزان نسبتاً زيادي در افزايش كيفيت آموزشي دوره‌هاي كارشناسي ارشد موثر هستند. پژوهش حاضر حاكي از آن است كه برخي از اين عوامل عبارتند از: شيوه تدريس استادان، آموزش و پژوهش، تكنولوژي‌هاي نوين و توسعه حرفه‌اي استادان. روشن است كه تنها شناسايي اين عوامل كافي نيست، بلكه بايد به سازماندهي آنها با توجه به تشخيص وضعيتشان در كيفيت آموزش دانشگاهي نيز توجه نمود.

Considering the importance of education and its decisive role in promoting the University quality level,This study aimed to identify factors affecting to increase the educational quality of postgraduate Azad University courses in Roodehen branch, Faculty of Educational Sciences. This research was a descriptive survey approach. The study population consisted of all graduate students in the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Roudehen branch, Azad University, with the total of 255 students in 2010-2011.The statistical sample was 152 subjects, determined based on the Morgan table. Questionnaire was developed to collect data. The questionnaire included 27 Likert scale was at option 5 Cronbachʹs alpha reliability coefficient using 0.78, respectively. Questionnaire and research data have been analyzed and described in two descriptions’ levels by the use of central field, criteria, the variety distribution table, and also in analytic statistic variants. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS software. Results of analysis of the data showed factors such as equipping the classrooms with modern technology, doing researches, changing the educational content, teaching of the faculty and their professional development. It is obvious that the identification of these factors alone are not enough and should be noted to their organizing due to the diagnosis of their condition in the quality of postgraduate education.
