ساختار نظام قدرت منطقه‌اي در خاورميانه (با تاكيد بر كشورهاي برتر منطقه)

Regional Power System Structure in the Middle east (With an Emphasis on the Superior Countries of the Region)

مطالعه و تبيين ساختار نظام قدرت منطقه‌اي در مناطق مختلف جغرافيايي كره زمين، كمك موثري به آگاهي و شناخت كشورها و قدرتهاي منطقه‌اي ـ در بررسي سياستهاي فرامرزي آنها ـ مي‌كند. رده‌بندي اين گونه كشورها براساس قدرت ملي، شناخت آنها را تسهيل مي‌كند. با تعيين منزلت ژيوپليتيك يك كشور مي‌توان موقعيت آن كشور را برپايه وزن ژيوپليتكي آن نسبت به ساير كشورها در سطح منطقه‌اي يا جهاني مشخص كرد. براي دستيابي به منزلت ژيوپليتيك هر كشور، سنجش قدرت ملي آن كشور امري ضروري بوده و اين مهم مستلزم ارزيابي و محاسبه مولفه‌ها و عوامل مختلف مادي و غيرمادي قدرت مي‌باشد. درواقع برايند ثقل نيروها و عوامل مثبت و منفي توليد‌كننده قدرت ملي يا به عبارت بهتر جمع جبري عوامل توليد قدرت، وزن ژيوپليتيك كشورها را تعيين مي‌كند. قدرت ملي براساس مولفه‌هاي ساختاري وزن ژيوپليتيك توليد شده و درنهايت منزلت ژيوپليتيكي كشور را شكل مي‌دهد. با توجه به قرار گرفتن جمهوري اسلامي ايران (ج.ا.ا.) در جرگه كشورهاي خاورميانه، مطالعه و شناخت كشورهاي اين منطقه در ابعاد مختلف مولفه‌هاي قدرت و مقايسه آنها با همديگر، جايگاه ايران را در اين منطقه استراتژيك مشخص خواهد كرد. با تعيين قدرتهاي برتر يا فروتر و مشخص شدن منزلت ايران در اين ساختار نظام قدرت، كنشها و تعاملات منطقه‌اي با شفافيت بيشتري انجام خواهد شد و اين موضوع تصميم‌سازان و سياستمداران كشور را در راه تحقق اهداف ملي و صيانت از منافع ملي ياري خواهد رساند.

Studing and explaining the regional power system structure in different geographical regions of the world help us effectively to know the regional countries and powers, specially to reveiew their overseas policies. Grading of such countries based on national power helps us to know them much better. We can determine the geopolitic position of each one of these countries through their geopolitic characteristics in relation to other countries of the world. To find out the geopolitic status of any country, testing the national power of that country is a "must". In other words, it is a necessary evaluate and calculate different physical and non-physical parameters in this sense. In fact, the resultant of the forces, weight or gravity and also the positive and negative elements of national power producers, i.e. the algebric sum of power producing elements will determine the geopolitical status of countries. National power that forms the geopolitical status of countries, is produced based on the indexes of geopolitical structure.Considering the situation of the Islamic Republic of Iran as one of the Middle Eastern countries, and by studying and comparing the differences of power elements in these countries, one can determine the real place of Iran in this strategical region. By determining the superior or inferior powers and also by knowing Iran’s status in the structure of this power system, the regional cooperations will be performed more clearly, and this will help the politicians and policy makers to protect the national interests and to materialize the national goals.
