Critical Geopolitics

مفهوم ژيوپلتيك كه در طي قرن بيستم جهت معنا بخشيدن به ارتباط ميان جغرافيا و سياست، مراحل مختلفي را طي نموده است در طي دوره‌هاي متمايز قابل بررسي مي‌باشد. نظريه‌پردازان در طي اين دوره‌هاي متمايز سعي نموده‌اند دگرگوني در ساختار نظام جهاني را تبيين نموده، ضمن طرح عوامل موثر در دگرگوني نظام جهاني، جهت گيريهاي آينده اين نظام را نيز تحليل نمايند. در اين دوره‌هاي متمايز، مفهوم ژيوپلتيك در قالب سنتي به عنوان بخشي از دانش امپرياليستي كه با رابطه بين زمين و سياست سروكار دارد مورد بررسي ژيوپليسينها قرار گرفت. ارتباط بين ويرانيهاي ناشي از جنگهاي جهاني با مفهوم ژيوپلتيك منجر به آن شد كه اين واژه براي يك تا دو دهه مورد استفاده قرار نگيرد . نتيجه اين افول، جدا شدن جغرافياي سياسي از ژيوپلتيك بود . در دوران جنگ سرد، ژيوپلتيك تحت تاثير رقابت دو ابرقدرت قرار گرفت و در سال 1975 به دنبال ظهور ديدگاه جديدي با عنوان ژيوپلتيك انتقادي مفهوم ژيوپلتيك احيا گرديد. در قالب ژيوپلتيك انتقادي به جاي تمركز بر شناخت تاثير عوامل جغرافيايي به شكل‌دهي سياست خارجي اهميت لازم داده مي‌شود . اين مقاله درصدد است تا با يك رويكرد تاريخي ـ تحليلي چگونگي ورود به عرصه ژيوپلتيك انتقادي را مورد بررسي قرار داده، چارچوبهاي نظري آن را توضيح دهد .

The concept of Geopolitics which in the course of 20 th century has gone through different phases, can be studied in distinct periods to signify the link between geography and politics. Efforts have been made by theorists in these distinct periods to explain changes in the world order structure, and while proposing the effective factors of changes in the world order, they also analyzie the upcoming orientations of this order. In these distinct periods, the traditional concept model of geopolitics as part of imperialistic knowledge dealing with relation between land and politics, was studied by geopoliticians. The relation between geopolitics concept and the ruins Caused by the world wars, led to the nonuse of this term for one or two decades. The outcome of this decline was the seperation of political geography from geopolitics. During the cold war era, geopolitics was influenced by challenges of the two super powers. Following the advent of a new viewpoint as critical geopolitics in 1975, the concept of geopolitics became more susceptible to revival. With critical geopolitics, emphasis has been put on the formation of foreign policy rather than on finding out the impressions of geographical factors. This article intends to study the manner of entering to critical geopolitics arena with a historical - analytical approach.
