Basic Principles and Key Elements of Islamic-Iranian Progress Model from Viewpoint of Large-Scale Instruments of the Islamic Republic of Iran

پيشرفت عبارت است از فرآيند بهبود يعني حركت از وضعيت موجود به سمت وضعيت مطلوبي همه‌جانبه و فراگير در همه ابعاد اجتماعي اقتصادي كه براي رسيدن به جامعه مطلوب در اين مسير و در نتيجه اين فرايند مي‌بايست جامعه به سمت از ميان برداشتن مواردي مانند فقر مادي و حتّي فقر معنوي، تبعيض و بي‌عدالتي، عدم امنيت مادي و معنوي و (حتي مواردي مانند كاهش وابستگي‌هاي نافي استقلال و عزت ملي و ...) نهايتاً ارتقا سطح رفاه، بهبود سطح عمومي زندگي و تعالي معنوي حركت كند. هر الگويي براي مدل‌سازي پيشرفت، زماني مي‌تواند به صورت ساختارمند ماندگار شود كه داراي يك چارچوب معرفت‌شناختي باشد. فهم اين نظام معرفتي، كليد شكل‌گيري اين الگو به شمار مي‌رود. اصول پايه‌اي و عناصر كليدي مرتبط با الگوي اسلامي ايراني پيشرفت جمهوري اسلامي ايران، برگرفته از نظام معرفتي و احكام حاكم بر اسناد فرادستي و راهبردي همچون قانون اساسي، سند چشم‌انداز و سياست‌هاي كلي نظام اسلامي است. در اين پژوهش با بررسي اين اسناد، تلاش خواهد شد تا با روش كيفي نظريه‌پردازي داده‌بنياد، اصول پايه‌اي و عناصر كليدي اين الگو كشف و ارايه گردد.

Progress means a movement from the existing situation to an overall desirable situation which covers all social dimensions of human life as a result of which the society does away with material and spiritual poverty, social maladies, injustice and lack of freedom, absence of security and welfare, and absence of independence and national dignity. Any model for progress of a country can only last in a structured manner if it has an epistemological system. Understanding the underlying epistemological system for any model is essential to formulation of that model. Basic principles and key elements of Islamic-Iranian model for national progress of the Islamic Republic of Iran have been taken from epistemological system governing such basic strategic instruments as the Constitution, 20-Year Vision Plan, and general policies of the Islamic Republic. This study reviews these instruments in a bid to discover and present basic principles and key elements of this model through a data-based qualitative theorization method
