بررسي صفات كمّي، كيفي و پايداري عملكرد غده 18 كلون اميدبخش سيب زميني در منطقه اردبيل

Evaluation of Quantitative, Qualitative and Tuber Yield Stability of 18 Promising Potato Clones in Ardabil Province

هيجده كلون اميدبخش سيب زميني همراه با چهار رقم تجاري (ساوالان، آگريا، مارفونا و ليدي رزتا)، طي آزمايشي بر اساس طرح بلوك‌هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تكرار در ايستگاه تحقيقات كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي اردبيل طي سال هاي 1389 و 1390 ارزيابي گرديدند. در طي دوره رشد و پس از برداشت، صفاتي مثل تعداد ساقه اصلي در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد و وزن غده در بوته، عملكرد كل غده و قابل فروش، درصد ماده خشك، تيپ پخت، حفره‌اي شدن مركز غده، زنگ داخلي غده و تغيير رنگ گوشت غده خام پس از 24 ساعت اندازه گيري شدند. نتايج تجزيه واريانس مركب صفات كمي مورد ارزيابي نشان داد كه بين كلون هاي اميدبخش و اثر متقابل كلون×سال از لحاظ صفات عملكرد غده كل و قابل فروش، تعداد و وزن غده در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، متوسط اندازه غده، تعداد ساقه اصلي در بوته و درصد ماده خشك اختلاف معني داري وجود دارد. كلون هاي 7-397003، 27-396151، 100-397045 و رقم ساوالان (شاهد) داراي عملكرد غده كل و قابل فروش، تعداد و وزن غده در بوته، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد ساقه اصلي در بوته و متوسط اندازه غده و پايداري عملكرد بيشتري بودند. اين كلون ها داراي غده هاي يكنواخت متوسط تا بالا، رنگ پوست زرد، رنگ گوشت زرد، شكل غـده گرد تخم مرغي، زنگ، حفره و شكاف داخل غده خيلي كم، رسيدگي متوسط ديررس و درصد ماده خشك متوسط تا بالا نسبت به شاهدها بودند. با توجه به نتايج حاصل از اين آزمايش، كلون هاي 7-397003، 27-396151 و 100-397045 براي منطقه اردبيل انتخاب شدند.

Eighteen promising clones of potato along with four commercial cultivars (Savalan, Agria, Marfona and Lady-Rozeta) in randomized complete block design with three replications were evaluated at Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station of Ardabil during 2010 and 2011. Prior to and after harvest, traits like main stem number per plant, plant height, tuber number and weight per plant, total and marketable tuber yield, dry matter percentage, baking type, hollow heart, tuber inner ring and discoloration of raw tuber flesh after 24 hours were measured. Combined ANONA for quantitative traits showed that there were significant differences among promising clones and their interactions with year as to total and marketable tuber yield, tuber number and weight per plant, plant height, tuber average size, main stem number per plant and dry matter percentage. The results also showed the clones 397003-7, 396151-27, 397045-100 and Savalan (check) produced higher total and marketable tuber yield, tuber number and weight per plant, plant height, main stem number per plant, tuber size average and stable tuber yield. These clones produced high and mid-uniform tuber, yellow skin and flesh color, oval round, shallow eyes, very little hollow heart, tuber inner crack and tuber inner ring, mid-late maturity and mid and high dry in comparison to those of check. Based on results of this experiment, the clones 397003-7, 396151-27 and 397045-100 could be selected for Ardebil region.
