رمان جنگ، شرح احوال رشادت ها و ظلم ستيزي دلاوراني است كه براي حفظ شرف ، حيثيت و فضايل انساني در مقابل متجاوزان به پا خاستند و در اين ميان زنان نقش برجسته‌اي را در پيشبرد جنگ ايفا كردند. با بررسي سه رمان ، ريشه در اعماق، گلاب خانم وسرود اروند پي خواهيم برد كه زنان در عرصه هاي مختلف چگونه ايفاي نقش كردند؟ درمقاله حاضر زنان به مادران وهمسران شهيد،مادران جانباز،همسران جانباز،زنان مهاجروآوارگان جنگ،زنان پرستار،زنان منتظر وزنان منفي نگرتقسيم بندي شده اندو هركدام از اين زنان باتوجه به روحيات وعقايدخود بازتاب ها وكنش هاي خاصي در مورد جنگ واتفاقات پيرامون آن دارند. برخي ازاين زنان در مواجه بامشكلات ومصايب به زنان آرماني وبرخي ديگر به زناني زميني بدل مي شوندو وجود هركدام ازاين نوع زنان درصحنه رمان وداستان الزامي است ،تا طرف مقابل آن بهتر شناخته شودو همان طور كه گفته اند هرچيزي با ضد خودش شناخته مي شود،بدين منظور وجود زنان منفي نگر است كه باعث مي شودتا زنان آرماني واسطوره اي شناسايي شوندوارزش واهميت آنان در جنب چنين زنهايي است كه به منصه ي ظهور مي رسد. نقش رمان در اين دوره به تصوير كشيدن استقامت، صبوري و از خود گذشتگي زنان است، زيرا زنان اين دوره نسبت به دوره‌هاي پيشين متمايز مي‌باشند و به مسيوليت و تعهد خطير خود در قبال خانواده و جامعه واقف شدند و به همين دليل خود را از قيد هوس و آرزو آزاد ساختند و به عنوان زنان آرماني جلوه‌گر شدند.

The war novel is the description of courages and anti-oppression measures of brave people who rose against the aggressive to defend the honour , reputation and virtues of individuals and in this regard , women played a preeminent role in the progression of war . By the verification of three novels inclouding “root in the depths” , “Mrs Golab” and “Arvand Anthem” , we can realize how women played an important role in different fields. In the resent study , women were divided into subgroups inclouding mothers and wives of martyrs , mothers of self-sacrificing people (devotees) who risk their lives, immigrant women and war refugees, female nurses, expecting women and negativists . And each of these women regarding their opinions and mentalities have specific reactions and reflections about war and surrounding events. Some women when facing with problems and difficulties change to idealistic women and some change to non-idealistic (ordinary) women, and it is necessary to have each of these kinds of women in the novel. In order to have a better understanding of the opposite sides. According to what has been said anything can be known by knowing its opposite side. For these purpose, the existence of negativists lead to the recognition of idealistic and legendary women, and their importance and value can be revealed adjacent to such women. The role of novel in this era is to show the endurance , tolerance , and self-sacrifice of women because women of this era are different from the previous eras ‘ women. And they have been familiarized with their great responsibility and commitment against their families and society and for this reason they have freed themselves from capricious desires and were introduced as idealistic women.
