تحليل الگوي پراكنش فضايي مراكز آموزشي و ساماندهي مناسب كالبدي آن با استفاده از GIS (مطالعه موردي: منطقه 8 تبريز)

The Analysis of the spatial distribution pattern and physical suitable organizing of education centers using GIS (Case Study: Tabriz 8 municipality area)

يكي از مسايل مهم كه اكنون در شهرهاي بزرگ به چشم مي‌خورد، عدم تعادل در نظام توزيع و نارسايي سيستم خدمات از جمله فضاهاي آموزشي است. توسعه ناهمگون و برنامه ريزي نشده و رشد سريع جمعيت را مي‌توان از دلايل اصلي بروز اين مشكل بشمار آورد. در جهت افزايش كارايي اين فضاها توجه به ساماندهي و توزيع مناسب ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. هدف از اين تحقيق ساماندهي فضايي- مكاني و توسعه كالبدي فضاهاي آموزشي در منطقه 8 تبريز است. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي بوده كه در اين مسير ابتدا با استفاده از روش‌هاي تحليل نزديك‌ترين همسايه و شاخص موران، الگوي پراكنش فضايي مراكز آموزشي در محدوده مورد مطالعه مشخص گرديد. با توجه به نتايج به دست آمده از اين دو روش لزوم ساماندهي مراكز آموزشي در محدوده مورد مطالعه ضروري به نظر رسيد، بدين منظور از مدل‌هاي ارزيابي چندمعياره در محيط نرم افزار GIS استفاده گرديد. به منظور ساماندهي وضع موجود مراكز آموزشي در محدوده مورد مطالعه از معيارهاي تاثيرگذار و مناسب بهره گرفته شده و وزن مناسب اين معيارها از طريق فرايند تحليل سلسله مراتبي به دست آمد. در نهايت، نقشه مناسب كه از روي هم گذاري به شيوه پياده سازي تاپسيس انجام گرفته، استخراج گرديده است. با كمي تامل در نقشه وضع موجود مي‌توان دريافت بيشترين پراكنش فضاهاي آموزشي در قسمت جنوب و جنوب غربي اين منطقه قرار داشته و الگوي منظمي ندارد. نقشه هاي حاصل از نتايج تحقيق فضاهاي مناسب جهت احداث مكان‌هاي آموزشي را پيشنهاد مي‌كند.

One of the major issues that now appear in major cities is imbalance in the distribution regulation and failure of utilities system such as educational services. Heterogeneous and unplanned development and rapid population growth can be regarded as the main reasons for these issues. In order to increase efficiency of these spaces, it is necessary to attend organization and suitable distribution. This study investigates the spatial organization and physical development of educational facilities in the Tabriz 8 municipality area. This study is based on descriptive - analytical methods and using nearest neighbor analysis and Moran indices, the spatial distribution patterns of educational centers were determined in the study area. According to the results of these two methods, the necessity of organizing educational centers was revealed in the study area; for this purpose, multi criteria evaluation models in GIS software were used. In order to organize the educational centers in case study area, effective and appropriate criteria have been used and efficiency weights were calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, suitable map was extracted by criteria overlay and TOPSIS model. Interpreting the resulting maps revealed that the south and southwest part of case study area have very high distribution of educational facilities and do not have regular pattern. The results of this research would recommend construction of educational facilities.
