بررسي نگرش والدين و معلمان در مورد نحوه جاگماري آموزشي دانش‏آموزان تيزهوش دوره راهنمايي شهر رشت در سال 90-1389

A survey in the attitudes of parents and teachers about educational placement of gifted students

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نگرش‏هاي والدين و معلمان دانش آموزان تيزهوش در ارتباط با دو شيوه آموزشي تلفيقي و جداسازي شده صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و شيوه انجام گرفتن آن زمينه‏اي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر را كليه معلمان و والدين دانش‏آموزان تيزهوش دوره راهنمايي شهر رشت در سال تحصيلي 90-1389 تشكيل مي‌داد كه همه آنها به عنوان نمونه (64 نفر معلم و 96 نفر والدين) انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‏ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش نگرش والدين و معلمان دانش‏آموزان تيزهوش در ارتباط با جاگماري آموزشي استفاده گرديد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده از روش‏هاي آماري توصيفي مانند فراواني و درصد و روش‏هاي آمار استنباطي مانند آزمون كالموگروف ـ اسميرنف و آزمون تي مستقل استفاده شد. به طور كلي نتايج نشان داد كه نگرش‏هاي هم والدين و هم معلمان نسبت به رويكرد آموزش تلفيقي منفي و نسبت به رويكرد آموزش جداسازي شده، مثبت مي باشد و رويكرد آموزش جداسازي شده را ترجيح مي‏دهند. بر اين اساس پيشنهاد مي‏شود وزارت آموزش و پرورش با همكاري متخصصان دانشگاهي به طراحي و اجراي گارگاه‏هاي ويژه آشنايي با آموزش تلفيقي براي والدين و معلمان همه دوره‏هاي تحصيلي بپردازد و دانش و اطلاعات والدين و معلمان در مورد مزاياي آموزش تلفيقي را افزايش دهد تا با تغيير نگرش والدين و معلمان در جهت همسو شدن با نظام آموزش تلفيقي قدم‏هاي عملي بردارد.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of parents and teachers about educational placement of gifted students. Method: The present study is an applied research and is undertaken by survey method. The statistical population of this research includes the total number of parents and teachers of gifted students studying in Rasht city in 2010-2011 and the sample size was the same as the population (64 teachers and 96 parents) . The Attitudes Assessment of Parents and Teachers of gifted studentʹs inventory was used for collecting the data. Frequency and percentage was used for the descriptive data and analysis of data was accomplished by utilizing kallmogrof-smirenof and independent T test. Results: The results indicated that both parents and teachers have negative attitudes about integration and positive attitudes towards segregation of gifted students. Actually both parents and teachers prefer the segregation placement for gifted students. Conclusion and Recommendations: The suggestion is that the ministry of education should collaborate with academic experts to design and implement workshops about integrated education for parents and teachers of all types of students, such as gifted students, and also students with intellectual disabilities to increase their knowledge about integrated education and the benefits of this system. In order to change the negative attitudes of parents and teachers about integrated education. Upon these attitude changes their support can be gained for promoting this educational system.
