Social and Economic Reforms of Reza Shah and its Role in the Demographic Structure of Bushehr

هدف: هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي تاثير اصلاحات اجتماعي و اقتصادي رضا شاه در ساختار جمعيتي بوشهر و در نهايت مهاجرت ساكنان بومي اين منطقه به نواحي اطراف است. روش/ رويكرد پژوهش: در اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي – تحليلي و بر پايه منابع اسناد ومنابع كتابخانه اي به تحليل تاريخي داده ها پرداخته است. يافته ها و نتايج: يافته ها نشان مي دهد كه اصلاحات صورت‌گرفته در اين دوره، بسياري از سنن و آداب و رسوم اجتماعي، مذهبي و قومي را تحت الشعاع قرار داد و سبب تغيير ساختارهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي، و فرهنگي در مناطق مختلف از جمله سواحل خليج فارس شد كه نظام ايلي و كلان خانوادگي، پايه هاي محكم و استواري داشت. موقعيت ويژه جغرافيايي- تجاري سواحل خليج فارس، از دير باز، گروه ها و اقوام مختلف را به سوي اين منطقه جلب مي‌كرد و سبب مي‌شد تا ساختارهاي اجتماعي اين منطقه، بيش از نواحي داخلي ايران، تحت تاثير عوامل خارجي باشد. بر اين اساس، ناتواني جامعه سنتي در حفظ بايسته هاي خود، در برابر تغييرات ايجاد شده و همچنين نفوذ سرمايه داري داخلي و خارجي كه سبب شد ساكنان بومي اين منطقه از رونق اقتصادي بهره چنداني نداشته باشند، باعث مهاجرت بسياري از ساكنان بومي بنادر جنوبي به بنادر عربي خليج‌فارس شد كه امكانات و تسهيلات بهتري براي آنها تامين مي‌كرد.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the role that the social and economic reforms of Reza Shah played in the demographic structure of Bushehr and eventually the migration of the native inhabitants of this region to the surrounding areas. Methodology/Approach: This research uses a descriptive-analytic method, is based on library resources and analyzes the collected data historically. Findings: The findings show that the reforms of this period overshadowed many social, religious and ethnic traditions and led to changes in the social, economic and cultural structure of various regions, including the coasts of the Persian Gulf in which the tribal system had strong foundations. On the other hand, the special geographic and trading character of the Persian Gulf coasts had attracted various groups and tribes to this region and this had caused the region to be more influenced by external factors. The inability of the traditional society to assert its requirements against the changes, as well as the influence of domestic and foreign capitalism brought declining prosperity for natives of this region. Many native inhabitants of Iranian seaports migrated to the seaports of Arabic countries which provided them with better opportunities.
