Assessment of the Objectives of Iranian Science Network on Knowledge Expansion and Informatin Technology in Scientific and Research Centers

هدف: مقاله حاضر به ارزيابي ميزان تحقق اهداف شبكه علمي كشور در توسعه دانش و فن?آوري اطلاعات در كشور از نظر 30 مركز علمي و پژوهشي مي?پردازد. روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش پيمايشي انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل مسيولان شبكه علمي كشور در مراكز تحقيقاتي علمي و پژوهشي وابسته به وزارتخانه?هاي علوم، تحقيقات و فن?آوري و بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي بودند كه دوره?هاي تخصصي مربوط به شبكه علمي را گذارانيده و ضمن برخورداري از شناخت كافي نسبت به شبكه، با مخاطبان آن نيز در تعامل بودند. يافته?ها: در مجموع مراكز مورد بررسي با ميانگين 25/3، اهداف شبكه علمي كشور را قابل تحقق مي?دانند كه اين مي?تواند ارزيابي مثبت نسبتاً بالايي باشد. علاوه بر اين با انجام آزمون كاي اسكور مشخص شد كه بين ارزيابي انجام شده توسط نمايندگان مراكز مورد بررسي، اختلاف معني?داري وجود ندارد. در پايان پيشنهادهايي براي بهسازي شبكه علمي كشور و نيز پيشنهادهايي براي پژوهش?هاي بيشتر در اين زمينه ارايه شده است. اصالت/ارزش: نتايج ارزيابي به?دست آمده كارآمدي شبكه علمي كشور را در توسعه دانش و فن?آوري اطلاعات را نشان ?مي?دهد.

Purpose: This paper assesses the goals of Iran’s scientific knowledge development networks and information technology from the viewpoint of 30 scientific and research centers. Methodology: This study, using questionnaire, aimed to survey the research community including the officials of Iran’s network of research centers affiliated to the ministries of Science, Research and Technology, an Health and Medical Education, having passed specialized courses related to scientific networks and having interaction with the audience. Findings: All the centers with a mean of 3.25 believed that the goals of Iran’s Scientific Network are achievable, which is a relatively high positive assessment. Additionally, the results of Chi-Square Test showed no significant difference in the evaluation conducted by the representatives of the study centers. Finally, some recommendations are presented for network improvement and further research in this field. Originality/Value: The results of this evaluation will hopefully lead to the Iran’s scientific networks effectiveness in the development of information technology and knowledge.
