تبيين تجارب پرستاران از بستر آموزش مداوم پرستاري: يك مطالعه كيفي

Explaining the experiences of nurses about post-registration nursing education context: A qualitative study

سابقه و اهداف: يكي از راه‌هايي كه بتوان رفتارهاي مراقبتي پرستاران را از نظر علمي بهبود بخشيد، اجراي فرايند آموزش مداوم و بهسازي آن است، براي نيل به اين هدف بايستي بستري مناسب براي آموزش مداوم پرستاران فراهم باشد. در حال حاضر با وجود الزام قانوني براي آموزش مداوم پرستاران، اين هدف به طور مطلوب محقق نشده است. براي نيل به اين هدف بايستي عوامل زمينه‌اي بررسي شوند، از اين‌رو هدف اين تحقيق كنكاشي در تجارب پرستاران براي تبيين بستر اجرايي آموزش مداوم پرستاري طي يك مطالعه كيفي بود. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه با رويكرد كيفي در سال 1390 انجام شد.23 نفر از سوپروايزران آموزشي، مديران پرستاري و پرستاران با روش نمونه گيري مبتني بر هدف در اين مطالعه مشاركت داشتند. جمع آوري داده‌ها با مصاحبه بدون ساختار و يادداشت در عرصه و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با روش تحليل محتوي قراردادي انجام گرفت. يافته‌ها: در طي فرايند آناليز محتوا، مشاركت كنندگان در نهايت سه طبقه شامل :1) گرايش ناكافي به آموزش الزامي 2) حمايت ناكافي و 3) نظارت آموزشي انفعالي را تبيين كردند كه درونمايه اصلي مطالعه شامل اقبال ناكافي از آموزش قانوني از آن‌ها بدست آمد. نتيجه‌گيري: در حال حاضر به دليل نبود انگيزه، حمايت و نظارت موثر آموزشي، پرستاران فعالانه در فرآيندهاي يادگيري وارد نشده و آموزش مداوم محدود به اجراي مصوبات قانوني و كسب منافع آموزشي براي پرستاران و سازمان آنان شده است، بنابراين براي بهبود اين وضعيت نياز به توجه و بسترسازي مناسب شامل حمايت كافي و نظارت آموزشي موثر مي‌باشد.

Introduction: One of the ways that can improve scientifically the nursing care behaviors is Post-Registration Nursing Education and sttaf development process. To achieve this objective appropriate context Post-Registration Education must be provided for nurses. Currently, despite the legal requirement for continuing education for nurses, this goal has not been achieved as desired. To achieve this goal, the underlying cause should be investigated. Therefore, the aim of this study was to explore nursesʹ experiences of nursing continuing education context by a qualitative study. Methods: The study with a qualitative approach was conducted in 2011, 23 people from the Educational Supervisors, nurse managers and nurses with a purposeful sampling participated in the study. The data collected by unstructured interviews and field notes and were analyzed using conventional content analysis. Results: During the process of content analysis, participants explained three themes includeing: 1) insufficient attitude to the required training 2) inadequate support 3) Passive training monitoring and the main theme of the study was inadequate perception of their legal education. Conclusion: Currently, due to lack of motivation, support and effective supervision of Post-Registration Nursing Education nurses involved inactively in the learning process and continuing education is limited to the statutory approvals and business benefits of training for nurses and their organizations. So To improve this situation is required attention and good infrastructure Includeing adequate support and effective supervision.
