رابطه بين هوش معنوي و سبك رهبري مديران مدارس متوسطه شهرستان گرگان

Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Leadership Style of Managers of Secondary Schools in the City of Gorgan

هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه بين هوش معنوي و سبك رهبري مديران مدارس متوسطه شهرستان گرگان بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري تمامي مديران دبيرستان ها (100نفر) بودند كه در سال 1389 در شهرستان گرگان در مدارس متوسطه مشغول فعاليت بودند. نمونه شامل 100 نفر از افراد جامعه بود كه با توجه به كم بودن تعداد جامعه كل آنها انتخاب شده اند. ابزار بكارگرفته شده در اين پژوهش، پرسشنامه هوش معنوي كينگ و پرسشنامه سبك رهبري باردنز و متزكانس بود. پيش از اجراي روايي و پايايي ابزارهاي پژوهش بررسي و اعتبار ابزارها محرز شد. بمنظور بررسي پرسش هاي پژوهش از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون و آزمون تي استيودنت استفاده شد. نتايج بدست آمده از تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان مي دهد: بين هوش معنوي و سبك رهبري رابطه مدار و ضابطه مدار رابطه اي وجود ندارد. بين هوش معنوي با سبك رهبري تلفيقي ( روحيه بالا و بهره وري بالا) رابطه معنادار مثبتي وجود دارد. سبك رهبري تلفيقي در مديران مرد بيش تر از مديران زن است. تفاوتي در مديران مرد و زن در متغيرهاي سبك رهبري رابطه مدار، ضابطه مدار و هوش معنوي وجود ندارد

The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and style of leadership in secondary schools in the city of Gorgan. The method of study was descriptive and correlational. The population involved 100 high school administrators working in secondary schools in Gorgan in 2010. The instruments utilized to collect the data, were the questionnaires of King and spiritual intelligence and leadership style of Bardnz and Mtzkans. Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and student t-test was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis indicated that, there was no relationship between spiritual intelligence and leadership style, relation–ordinate and leadership style task–ordinate. Furthermore, there was a positive relationship between leadership style combined with spiritual intelligence (high morale and high productivity). The findings of the study also demonstrated that the style of combined leadership was prevalent in male leaders rather than in female leaders. However, there was no difference in the variables of styles of leadership according to relation-oriented, task–ordinate and spiritual intelligence.
