ارتباط سبك‌هاي تفكر با سازگاري تحصيلي در دانشجويان پرستاري

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TYPES OF THINKING STYLES AND ACADEMIC ADJUSTMENT AMONG NURSING STUDENTS

پيش زمينه و هدف: سازگاري و ابعاد مختلف آن از مباحث بنيادي و بسيار گسترده روان شناسي محسوب مي‌شود. به همين جهت شناسايي عوامل مرتبط با آن، ضمن افزايش حيطه دانش، مي‌تواند كاربردهاي زيادي در كاهش مشكلات فردي و بين فردي داشته باشد. در همين راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ارتباط انواع سبك‌هاي تفكر با سازگاري تحصيلي است. مواد و روش كار: اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي و همبستگي انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 65 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاري دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد خوي بودند كه به روش طبقه‌اي تصادفي انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده‌ها از دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد سبك‌هاي تفكر استرنبرگ و زانگ و سازگاري تحصيلي بيكر و سرياك استفاده شد. داده‌ها جمع آوري شده نيز از طريق آزمون‌هاي آماري همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه سبك‌هاي تفكر قضايي، اجرايي، سلسله مراتبي، آزاد انديش، بيروني و سبك‌هاي نوع اول ارتباط مثبت معني‌دار و سبك تفكر آنارشيست ارتباط منفي معني‌دار با سازگاري تحصيلي دارند و 4/20 درصد از واريانس سازگاري تحصيلي بر اساس سبك‌هاي تفكر قابل تبيين است. همچنين مشخص شد سازگاري تحصيلي دانشجويان پرستاري در حد متوسط به بالا است. بحث و نتيجه گيري: بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده، سازگاري تحصيلي با انواع سبك‌هاي تفكر ارتباط دارد. بنابراين بهبود و ارتقا مسايل مربوط به سازگاري تحصيلي دانشجويان پرستاري، مستلزم توجه به انواع سبك‌هاي تفكر آنان است.

Abstract: Background & Aims: Adjustment and its different aspects is considered as a basic and extensive discussions in psychology, therefore identifying of related factors –apart from increasing domains of related knowledge – can cause a reduction in the individual and inter individual problems . The aim of present research was to investigate the relationship between types of thinking style and academic adjustment. Materials & Methods: This research was a descriptive and co relational study. The sample study was included 65 nursing students who were studied in Islamic Azad University, khoy city. The study was conducted using the cluster sampling method within each cluster units were then chosen bysimple random sampling. To gather the data, two standard questionnaires on thinking styles of Strenberg and Zang and academic adjustment of Baker and Siryak were used. Gathered data were analyzed by statistical methods of correlation test of person and multiple regressions. Result: The results showed that thinking style of judiciary, executive, hierarchy, liberalism, external and the style of the type I had positive significant relationship and thinking style of anarchism had negative significant relationship with academic adjustment.In addition %20.4 of variance academic adjustment based on thinking style was explicable. It was also evident that, there were average high score of academic adjustment among nursing students in this study. Conclusion: Based on our research academic adjustment has relationship with the kind of thinking .Therefore it seems necessary to notice on the typeI thinking style for improvement and promotion of the academic adjustment among nursing students.
