تاثير مشاوره زناشويي بر رضايت زناشويي والدين كودكان كم توان ذهني

THE EFFECT OF MARITAL COUNSELING ON MARITAL SATISFACTION OF PARENTS OF MENTAL RETARDED CHILDREN

پيش و زمينه و هدف: خانواده كودكان كم توان ذهني با مشكلات فراواني در زمينه نگهداري، تربيت و آموزش آن‌ها روبه رو هستند كه اين مسايل مي‌تواند بر سلامت رواني و رضايت زناشويي والدين تاثير منفي بگذارد. با توجه به اين موضوع كه اين گونه والدين براي مقابله با مشكلات خانوادگي، نيازمند كمك مي‌باشند، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تاثير مشاوره زناشويي بر رضايت زناشويي آن‌ها انجام گرفت. مواد و روش كار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع آزمايشي (طرح پيش آزمون و پس آزمون) با گروه گواه است كه تعداد 30 زوج داراي كودك كم توان ذهني در دو گروه آزمايش و گواه و در دو مرحله (قبل و 45 روز پس از اجراي برنامه مشاوره زناشويي) به وسيله آزمون رضايت زناشويي انريچ مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. در ضمن داده‌ها از طريق آزمون t-test براي گروه‌هاي مستقل و با استفاده از نسخه 17 نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. يافته‌ها: والدين آموزش ديده در مقايسه با والدين آموزش نديده از نظر رضايت زناشويي و ابعاد چهارگانه آن (تحريف آرماني، ارتباطات، رضايت زناشويي و حل تعارض) در سطح مطلوب تري قرار دارند. بحث و نتيجه گيري: اجراي كلاس‌هاي ويژه آموزش والدين كودك كم توان ذهني در زمينه مقابله با مشكلات و ناسازگاري‌هاي رواني و زناشويي از طرف ارگان‌ها و سازمان‌هاي ذي‌ربط ضروري مي‌نمايد.

Background & Aims: Parents of mental retarded children have many problems in maintenance, training and education of their children. These problems have negative impact on parent’s mental health and marital satisfaction. Considering the fact that these families need help to overcome their problems, this study was conducted to investigate the impact of marital counseling on marital satisfaction of parents with mental retarded children. Materials & Methods: the present research is an experimental study (pre-test and post test) with a control group, 30 couples with mental retarded children in two experimental and control groups were studied in two stages (before and 45 days after marital counseling program) using ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire. SPSS software and T-test statistical test were employed to data analysis. Result: based on marital satisfaction scale and its four dimensions (idealistic distortion, marital satisfaction, communication and conflict resolution), trained parents had a more favorable situation, compared with untrained parents. Conclusion: consequently, it is necessary to design and implement special training courses for parents with mental retarded children, in order to cope with psychological and marital conflict by the relevant organizations.
