رابطه خلاقيت و پايگاه مهارگري در بين دانشجويان دانشگاه تهران

The relationship between creativity with the locus of control among Tehran University’s Students of College

چكيده هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تعيين رابطه خلاقيت با پايگاه مهارگري در دانشجويان دانشگاه تهران بود. 412 دانشجو (212 پسر و 200 دختر) كارشناسي و كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه تهران، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي خوشه اي انتخاب شدند. آزمودني‌ها پرسشنامه‌هاي خلاقيت و پايگاه مهارگري را تكميل نمودند. داده‌ها به كمك ضريب همبستگي، رگرسيون روش لجستيك و تحليل واريانس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. بين خلاقيت و مولفه‌هاي آن با پايگاه مهارگري رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين از بين مولفه‌هاي خلاقيت، بهترين پيش‌بيني‌كننده پايگاه مهارگري، انعطاف‌پذيري مي‌باشد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه بين نمره كلي خلاقيت و مولفه‌هاي آن با پايگاه مهارگري رابطه معناداري در سطح (P < 0/01) وجود دارد يعني افرادي كه خلاق‌ترهستند داراي پايگاه مهارگري دروني بوده و بهتر مي‌توانند بر رويدادهاي زندگي خود تسلط داشته باشند و پيشرفت‌ها و شكست‌ها را به خود نسبت دهند و تحت تاثير عوامل محيطي قرار نمي‌گيرند. واژه-كليدها: خلاقيت، پايگاه مهارگري و دانشجويان.

The aim of this paper was study of the relationship between creativity and locus of control in the University Tehran Students. 412 students (211 boys and 200 girls), bachelor and master of Tehran University, were selected with random cluster sampling. The subjects completed questionnaires of creativity and locus of control. The data analyzed by Correlation Coefficient test, logistic regression and ANOVA. There is a significant relationship between creativity and its components with locus of control. And the among of the components of creativity, the best predictor of locus of control, was flexibility. The results indicated that there is a meaningful relationship between the total score of creativity and its components with locus of control (P < 0/01). The people who have high creativity have internal locus of control and can better control over their life events and improvements and failures attributed to their own and they were not influenced by environmental factors.
