Personality characteristics and locus of control in relation to readiness for addiction among male university

چكيده هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي رابطه ويژگي هاي شخصيتي (نورزگرايي، پسيكوزگرايي و برون گردي) و پايگاه مهارگري با آمادگي براي اعتياد در دانشجويان پسر است. حجم نمونه 120 نفر از ميان دانشجويان پسر مقطع كارشناسي ارشد كه ساكن خوابگاه هاي وابسته به دانشگاه بودند با روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شد. سپس براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه هاي شخصيتي آيسنك (EPQ- RS)، پايگاه مهارگري راتر و مقياس استعداد اعتياد (APS) برگرفته ازMMPI-II استفاده شد. پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. براي تجزيه تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آماري ضريب همبستگي، رگرسيون و تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه استفاده گرديد. يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه بين نورزگرايي، پسيكوزگرايي و پايگاه مهارگري با آمادگي براي اعتياد همبستگي معناداري در ميان دانشجويان پسر وجود دارد و بين برون گردي وآمادگي براي اعتياد ضريب همبستگي منفي به دست آمد. با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه بين ويژگي هاي شخصيت و پايگاه مهارگري با آمادگي براي اعتياد در دانشجويان پسر رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. واژه -كليدها: شخصيت، پايگاه مهارگري، آمادگي براي اعتياد، دانشجو.

Personality characteristics effect on behavior. Addiction is also one these behaviors. The purpose of the present research is to study of personality characteristics including: Neuroticism, psychoticism, extraversion and locus of control on readiness for addiction among male students Razi university of Kermanshah. For research sample including 120 graduate male university students that were resident of hostels of the university selected by sample random method. Then, in order to collecting data form Eysenck personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RS), Rotter locus of control (LOC) and Addiction potentionl Scale(APS) adopted from MMPI-II were used. The present research is a descriptive study. The correlation of method, regression and analysis variance were applied for analyses of data. The findings of the study indicated that between: Neuroticism, psychoticism, extraversion and locus of control with potentionl readiness for addiction among graduate male university students there is significant positive correlation. The significant negative correlation was also found between extraversion and potentionl readiness for addiction with respect to the results of the study, it concluded that there is significant relation ship between personality characteristics, locus of control and potentionl readiness for addiction among graduate male university students.
