ارزيابي طرح «كتاب من» از ديدگاه كتابداران و استفاده‌كنندگان مطالعه موردي: كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي شهر تهران

Assessment of the “Ketebe-Man” (My Book) Project from Librariansʹʹ and Usersʹʹ Viewpoint A Case Study: Public Libraries of City of Tehran

هدف: اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي طرح «كتاب من» از ديدگاه كتابداران و استفاده‌كنندگان طرح در كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي تهران انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش پيمايشي و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 31 نفر كتابدار و 384 نفر از اعضاي استفاده‌كننده از طرح «كتاب من» در 10 كتابخانه عمومي در شهر تهران است. يافته‌ها: براساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش، نحوه اطلاع‌يابي بيش‌ترين درصد استفاده‌كنندگان طرح (6/67 درصد) از طريق كتابخانه و كتابداران بوده است و 9/77 درصد از كاربران ترجيح مي‌دهند از كتابخانه و از طريق طرح «كتاب من» كتاب‌هاي مورد نياز خود را تامين كنند. استفاده‌كنندگان تاثير طرح در صرفه‌جويي در هزينه تهيه كتاب، و رضايت خود از وجود اين طرح در كتابخانه‌ها را در سطح نسبتاً زياد اعلام كردند. از ديدگاه كتابداران، تاثير طرح «كتاب من» در غني‌سازي مجموعه كتابخانه، زياد، و تاثير طرح در ترويج مطالعه و كتاب‌خواني و همچنين تاثير آن در راستاي عدالت فرهنگي در حد نسبتاً زياد است. اصالت/ارزش: ازآن‌جا‌يي‌كه بررسي نحوه اجرا و ميزان موفقيت طرح‌ها و برنامه‌هاي جديد، بخشي ضروري از فرايند اجراي اين‌گونه طرح‌ها محسوب مي‌شود، پژوهش حاضر طرح «كتاب من» را به‌صورت دوجانبه از ديدگاه كتابداران و استفاده‌كنندگان ارزيابي كرده و نقاط ضعف و قوت و همچنين فرصت‌هاي بهبود را روشن مي‌سازد.

Purpose: This research aims at the assessment of the “Ketabe Man” project from librariansʹ and usersʹ viewpoint in Tehran public libraries. Method: A survey procedure was used as the research method. The data were collected by questionnaires. The study population included 21 librarians and 384 users of the “ketabe man” project in 10 Tehran public libraries. Findings: The findings showed that most (67.6%) of the “ketabe man” usersʹ awareness, was through the library and the librarians. It emerged that 77.9% of the library users preferred to supply their books from the library and by the “ketabe-man” project. As the users reported the project has decreased their books expenses. They also announced their satisfaction with the “ketabe-man” project at a high level. From the librariansʹ viewpoint, the ketabe-man project has had a good impact on library collection. They also reported that the ketabe-man project has had a high impact on the rate of reading and cultural equity. Originality/Value: Since research procedure and success evaluation are the essential factors in the process of conducting such projects, the present study assesses the ketabe-man project from the point of view of both librarians and users. The study also identifies the strengths and weak points of the project as well as the opportunities to improve it.
