بررسي ميزان تاثير كتابخانه تلفني رنگين‌كمان شهرداري سمنان بر افزايش فرهنگ مطالعه كودكان و نوجوانان

A Study of the Impact of Semnan Municipality ʹʹRangin Kamanʹʹ Phone Library on the Development of Childrenʹʹ and Young Adultsʹʹ Reading Culture

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تاثير منابع مطالعاتي در افزايش نرخ مطالعه كودكان و نوجوانان از طريق كتابخانه تلفني شهرداري سمنان، كه شيوه‌اي جديد در كشور است، مي‌باشد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، آزمايشي يا تجربي با استفاده از طرح تك‌گروهي بوده است كه شامل طرح گروه پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون مي باشد. ابزار تحقيق شامل 2 پرسشنامه است: پيش‌آزمون با هفت سوال و پس‌آزمون با 13 سوال. جامعه آماري شامل 69 نفر اعضاي جديد كتابخانه در شهريور 89 مي‌باشد. براي بررسي تفاوت جواب‌ها در دو پرسشنامه و بررسي فرضيه، ازآزمون t استفاده شد. يافته ها: طبق نتايج، بررسي ميزان علاقه‌مندي كودكان و نوجوانان به مطالعه كتاب توسط اعضاي جديد كتابخانه تلفني با تحليل پاسخ در پيش آزمون، تعداد (34 نفر ، 3/49 درصد)، گزينه بسيار زياد را انتخاب كردند. اين تعداد در پس آزمون تغيير كرده و تعداد (41 نفر، 4/59 درصد)، در مقايسه با پاسخ‌دهندگان در پيش آزمون علاقه‌مندي بيشتري را نشان دادند و اين روند سير صعودي داشت. در پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون درخصوص مطالعه در 24 ساعت شبانه‌روز، يكي از گزينه ها مطالعه از 60-129 دقيقه بود كه 11 نفر (15.9%) در پيش‌آزمون به آن پاسخ دادند در حالي‌كه در پس آزمون اين تعداد به 21 نفر (30.45%) رسيد يعني كتابخانه تلفني در افزايش ميزان مطالعه اعضا تاثير داشته است. فرضيه پژوهش مبني بر نقش مثبت كتابخانه تلفني در افزايش نرخ مطالعه كودكان و نوجوانان مورد تاييد قرار گرفته و تفاوت معني‌داري بين پاسخ‌ها در پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون ديده مي شود. اصالت/ارزش: نخستين پژوهش در زمينه كتابخانه تلفني در ايران است و نتايج حاصل از آن مي‌تواند به مسيولان نهاد كتابخانه‌هاي عمومي كشور، سازمان فرهنگي-هنري شهرداري و كتابخانه‌هاي كانون پرورش فكري كودكان و نوجوانان در استفاده از اين تجربه و اشاعه آن در سطح كشور به‌منظور ارتقا فرهنگ مطالعه در كودكان و نوجوانان ياري نمايد.

Purpose: The aim of the present research is to study the impact of Semnan Municipality phone library resources on the development of childrenʹ and young adultsʹ reading, which is a new approach in the country Method: An experimental method including a pretest group and a post test group was selected as the research method. Two questionnaires were used for data collection. The pretest included seven and the post test three questions. The population included 69 new library members in August 2010. Findings: Based on the results by analyzing responses in the pretest, 34 (49.3%) respondents selected the choice “too much” to show their interest. Compared with the respondents in the pretest, 41 (59.4%) of the post test respondents showed more interest, and it indicated an upward trend. In both pretest and posttest groups, regarding daily reading (24 hours), one of the options was reading from 60 to 129 minutes, which was selected by 11 (15.9%) in the pretest in contrast to 21 (30.45%) in the posttest group. It indicated that the phone library has increased the membersʹ reading rate and, thus, the research hypothesis which was based upon the positive role of phone library in increasing childrenʹ and young adultsʹ reading, is confirmed. A significant difference was observed between the responses in the pretest and the posttest. Originality/Value: This is the first research with regard to phone library in Iran and its results can help officials of the public libraries foundation, municipality cultural and art organizations and institutes for the intellectual development of children and young adults to use the experience. This experience can be used and disseminated throughout the country for promoting reading culture among children and young adults.
