بررسي پيامدهاي الحاق ايران به نظام بين‌المللي حق مولف از ديدگاه ناشران شهر تهران

A Study of Consequences of Iran’s Joining the International Copyright Treaty from Tehran City Publishersʹʹ Viewpoint

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسي ديدگاه ناشران شهر تهران درباره پيامدهاي پيوستن ايران به نظام بين‏المللي حق‏ مولف انجام گرفته است. روش‏: روش پژوهش از نوع پيمايشي تحليلي است. براي گردآوري داده‏ها، از پرسشنامه پژوهشگرساخته استفاده شده است. جامعهآماري اين پژوهش، ناشران فعال شهر تهران و حجم نمونه انتخابي، 113 ناشر است كه از اين ميان 100 نفر، يعني در حدود 5/88 درصد، به پرسشنامه‏ها پاسخ دادند. يافته‏ها: از ديدگاه ناشران شهر تهران عليرغم اين‏كه پيوستن ايران به نظام بين‏المللي حق ‏مولف باعث افزايش قيمت كتاب‏هاي ترجمه مي‏شود، ولي در مجموع آثار مثبت اقتصادي، ‌اجتماعي، علمي و فرهنگي براي كشور در پي خواهد داشت. همچنين بر نظام ترجمه آثار و قوانين داخلي حق ‏مولف در ايران، پديدآورند‏گان و توليدكنندگان، و در بلندمدت در بهبود صنعت نشر ايران تاثيرات مثبتي دارد. اكثريت ناشران شهر تهران با پيوستن ايران به نظام بين‏المللي حق ‏مولف موافق هستند. اصالت/ارزش: بيشتر مطالعات انجام شده در حوزه موضوعي پژوهش حاضر، به‏صورت سندي انجام شده و تنها دو پژوهش به‏صورت پيمايشي و به مطالعه ديدگاه‏هاي متخصصان كتابداري و كارشناسان ارتباطات پرداخته‏اند. با توجه به عدم ارتباط مستقيم اين دو گروه با حق مولف، مطالعه ديدگاه‏ ناشران كه ارتباط بسيار مستقيمي با قوانين حق مولف دارند و به‏شدت از پيامدهاي الحاق ايران به قوانين بين‏المللي متاثر مي‏شوند، ضروري است.

Purpose: The present study aims to study Tehran city publishersʹ views about the consequences of Iran’s joining the international copyright treaty. Method: An analytical survey method was used as the research method. For the data collection, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The statistical population of this research was Tehran city active publishers. The selected sample was 113 publishers. The response rate was 100 (88.5%). Findings: Despite the Tehran city publishersʹ viewpoint that Iran’s joining the copyright international treaty increases translated book prices, it has overall positive economic, social, scientific, and cultural effects on the country. Also, it has positive effects on the translation system of written works, Iran copyright laws, authors, and producers, finally, in the long run; it will improve the country’s publishing industry. Most Tehran city publishers agree with the joining of Iran to the copyright international treaty. Originality/Value: The studies conducted on this research subject are mostly in a documentary form; there are only two pieces of research in a survey form to study expert views in library science (Nouroozi, 1380) and communication (Ghassemi, 1387). Regarding the lack of any direct relationship between these two groups and the copyright, the study of publishersʹ views, which has a direct relationship with copyright laws and is highly affected by the consequences of incorporation of Iran to the international laws, comes to be of necessity.
