تاثير عوامل موثر برگرايش آمادگي رفتاري و شناختيدانشجويان دختر به ورزش در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي

A Study of effective factors on perceptional and preparation approaches of girls students in Islamic Azad University regarding physical education

چكيده هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير عوامل موثر بر گرايش آمادگي و شناختي دانشجويان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي شهر تهران به ورزش بود.حجم نمونه طبق اصول علمي 139 نفر با استفاده ازروش نمونه‌گيري چندمرحله‌اي تعيين شد. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه 85 سوال در 5 عامل (آمادگي رفتاري، بُعد شناختي، خوداثربخشي، تاثير مثبت ديگران، طبقه اقتصادي و اجتماعي) استفاده شد. جهت تحليل داده‌ها ازآمار توصيفي (فراواني ودرصد) و آمار استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسون چندمتغيره) استفاده شد نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه: 1) در رابطه با آمادگي رفتاري گرايش به ورزش از ميان متغيرهاي مستقل به ترتيب متغيرهاي خود اثربخشي ورزشي، طبقه و تاهل وارد معادله شده‌اند. 2) در رابطه با بُعد شناختي گرايش به ورزش از ميان متغيرهاي مستقل، متغير تاثير مثبت ديگران در بُعد شناختي افراد تاثيرگذار مي‌باشد و ساير عوامل رابطه‌اي با بُعد شناختي نشان ندادند.

The main objective of the research is to survey effective factors on perceptional and preparation approaches of girl’s students; and the study society is comprised of all students in Islamic Azad University-Tehran city. Sample group was formed through multi-stage sampling in observanceof scientific methods. Data gathering was conducted by a questionnaire designed by researcher. Pierson Regression and multi-variable regression were used to test research hypothesis. Results showed that: among independent variables of the research, athletic self effectiveness, marital status and level respectively inserted into regression analyses on relation between behavioral preparation regarding physical education. Regression analysis about perceptional dimension of approaches toward physical education with independent variables of the research pictured that among independent variables, positive influence of others is effective on perceptional dimension, and other variables are of no effect.
