The Theological Foundations of Inference from the Holy Qoran

مباني كلامي استنباط از قرآن به عنوان يكي از مباحث مباني كلامي اجتهاد و منابع آن از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. سامان دادن منابع مطالعاتي و تعيين ميزان اثرگذاري هر منبع در حوزه فقه بسيار با اهميت است. گرايش‌هاي فقهي فقيهان سنت محوري است توجه به استفاده از روش هاي ديگري مانند بهره‌گيري از قرآن، دريچه‌هاي جديدي را به سمت مطالعات فقهي و چشم اندازهاي استنباطي مي گشايد. در اين نوشتار - بيشتر به لحاظ طرح بحث - مباني كلامي استنباط از قرآن در دو محور بهره گيري كلامي نسبت به قرآن و تعيين شيوه هاي دريافت مباني كلامي قرآن، مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است.

Among the discussions on the theological foundations of Ijtihad and its sources, the theological foundations of inference from the Holy Qoran is of special importance. The systematization of the sources used in research and determining the degree of effect of each source in jurisprudential sphere is very important. Most of the trends in Islamic jurisprudence focus upon the hadith. Making use of more complex methods, such as referring to the Holy Qoran, opens new horizons in jurisprudential studies and inferential prospects. This article treats the theological foundations of inference from the Holly Qoran as more of an introductory discussion. It presents this discussion in two points: the theological use of the Holy Oran and the specification of the methods of finding theological foundations in the Holy Oran.
