مقايسه حافظه ديداري- تجسمي در كودكان مبتلا به صرع و كودكان سالم (براساس تست شكل تجمعي آندره ري)

A comparison of visual- imaginative memory of children epilepsy with that of healthy according to Andrerys complex Figure test

چكيده در علم نوروپسيكولوژي بيش از هر چيز به مطالعه پيوند بين قشر مخ و كاركردهاي عالي ذهني پرداخته مي شود. از اين ميان، مي توان به آسيب وارده به سطوح مغز در بيماران مبتلا به صرع و تاثيرات مختلف آن در كاركردهاي عالي ذهن، اشاره كرد. و از آنجا كه ميان نيروهاي ذهني، حافظه از همه ظريف تر و شكننده تر است؛ پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي و مقايسه حافظه ديداري- تجسمي در افراد مبتلا به صرع و گروه سالم انجام گرفته است. صد و چهار آزمودني (52 نفر در گروه بيمار و 52 نفر در گروه سالم) در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. از آزمودني ها خواسته شد تا تصوير آزمون شكل تجمعي آندره ري را كه شامل دو مرحله كپي و بازنمايي است، ترسيم نمايند. براي تحليل داده هاي پژوهش از روش هاي آماري استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه حافظه ديداري- تجسمي در بيماران مبتلا به صرع ضعيف تر از گروه سالم است. اما بين سه گروه مبتلا به صرع هاي لُب آهيانه، گيجگاهي و پيشاني تفاوت معناداري در ميزان نمرات حافظه ديداري- تجسمي مشاهده نشد. همچنين بيماران مبتلا به صرع در سنين پايين تر، نسبت به بيماران مبتلا در سنين بالاتر، نمرات ضعيف تري در آزمون شكل تجمعي آندره ري كسب كردند.

One of the main issues in Neuropsychology is the linkage between the cerebral cortex and higher mental functions. For example, it studies the damages to the brain levels in patients with epilepsy and its different impact on higher functions of brain. And since among all mental features, the memory is the most fragile and subtle, present study focuses on review and comparison of visual and imaginative memory between epilepsy patients and healthy group. One hundred and four subjects (52 persons in patients group and 52 others in the control group) participated in this study. They were asked to draw the image of Andre Rey that includes two stages of copying and representing. Different methods were used for analyzing the research Data, including statistical frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, ANOVA, t-test and Pearsonʹs unity ratio. The study Results proved that visual -imaginative memory in patients with epilepsy is weaker than normal group. Yet there was no meaningful difference in the rate of visual memory scores between the three groups of patients with different kinds of epilepsy including temporal, frontal and parietal lobe. Furthermore, compared to the older patients, younger epilepsy patients had lower scores in Andre Rey complex visual test.
