اثرات بلندمدت تغييرات نرخ ارز بر توليد و تاثير غيرمستقيم آن بر توليد حق‌بيمه در ايران

The Long Run Effects of Exchange Rate Variation on the GDP and Indirect Impacts on Premium Generation in Iran

باتوجه به اهميت روزافزون متغير ارز به‌خصوص در شرايط كنوني اقتصاد ايران، در اين تحقيق به آثار تغييرات نرخ‌ ارز بر متغيرهاي كلان در هم كلاف اقتصادي و سپس اثر غيرمستقيم اين تغييرات بر حق‌بيمه‌هاي دريافتي صنعت بيمه پرداخته شده است. در گام اول باتوجه به مدل نظري ماهواره‌اي برگرفته از پروفسور پسران، تاثيرگذاري نرخ‌ ارز بر متغيرهاي كلان اقتصاد به‌دست‌آمده‌است. مدل اقتصادسنجي مورد استفاده، مدل سيستمي معادلات هم‌انباشته‌ خودرگرسيوني(Cointegration VAR) است. در گام دوم از طريق مدل ARDL اثرگذاري متغيرهاي كلان اقتصاد بر توليد حق‌بيمه و اثرات غيرمستقيم نرخ ارز بر توليد حق‌بيمه‌هاي صنعت بيمه برآورد شده است، تا مجموع تاثيرات مستقيم و غيرمستقيم نرخ‌ ارز بر توليد حق‌بيمه به‌دست‌آيد. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده حاكي از آن است كه تاثير نرخ ارز بر توليد منفي است؛ يعني با افزايش نرخ ارز توليد كاهش مي‌يابد، همچنين اثرگذاري مستقيم توليد كل كشور بر توليد حق‌بيمه مثبت است.

This paper investigates the effect of foreign currency exchange changes on Iranian macroeconomic variables and their indirect effects on insurance premium generation. Firstly, we calculate the effect of foreign currency exchange on macroeconomic variables based on professor Pesaran theoretical satellite model in a cointegrated VAR econometric model. Secondly, in order to measure direct and indirect effects of currency exchange on premium generation, an ARDL model was used. The results indicate a negative impact of foreign currency exchange on premium generation, i.e. any increase in foreign currency exchange will result in a fall in premium generation. The direct effect of country’s total production on premium generation is positive, i.e. a higher premium revenue. Finally, the increase of foreign currency exchange may lead to a decrease of premium generation and as a result an illogical increase of foreign currency exchange which will have a negative impact on Iranian economy in the long run.
