تعيين درجه اهميت جرايم رايانه‏اي از ديدگاه صاحب نظران انتظامي استان بوشهر

Expert examine the perceived degree of importance in determining the provinceʹʹs police computer crime using a hierarchical analysis (GAHP)

جرم رايانه اي به استفاده غيرمجاز از فناوري هاي رايانه اي براي به دست گرفتن اطلاعات شخصي حساس و همين طور اطلاعات محرمانه سازمان ها اطلاق مي شود. در اين مقاله سعي شده است در ارتباط با انواع جرايم رايانه اي بحث شود كه با بررسي متون و ادبيات گذشته پنج نوع جرم اصلي مرتبط با رايانه شناسايي شدند و مشخص گرديد كه از اين پنج جرم اصلي (عليه عفت و اخلاق عمومي، عليه مقدسات اسلامي، عليه امنيت و آسايش عمومي، عليه مقامات و نهادهاي دولتي و عمومي و ساير جرايم رايانه اي) محتواي عليه امنيت و آسايش عمومي از درجه اهميت و امتياز بيشتري از نظر متخصصان و خبرگان برخوردار است. سپس به اهميت نسبي تمامي زير شاخص هاي مربوط به هر كدام از محتواي اصلي اقدام شد و مهم‏ترين زير شاخص ها نيز شناسايي شدند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع تحقيق، كاربردي است. در اين پژوهش‏ها شاخص‏هاي شناسايي شده با استفاده از ديدگان متخصصان و خبرگان انتظامي از طريق روش فرايند سلسله مراتب گروهي انجام شده است. بنابراين، پس از استفاده از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي گروهي كه به مقايسه زوجي شاخص‏هاي اصلي و فرعي بر حسب طيف ساعتي صورت گرفت، تصوير استراتژيك اهميت هر يك از زير شاخص ها به هر يك از شاخص هاي اصلي كه محتواي جرم را مشخص كند معلوم شد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‏دهد كه مهم‏ترين نوع جرايم رايانه‏اي «محتواي عليه امنيت و آسايش عمومي بيشترين وزن و زيرشاخص» تشكيل جمعيت، دسته و گروه در فضاي مجازي با هدف بر هم زدن امنيت كشور تقريباً 30 درصد از وزن مورد را به خود اختصاص داده است.

So, using this assessment can be made to the country authorities and experts to help police identifying the computer crimes and necessary measures to prevent masses so that the budget and necessary training in order to control the masses of the experts assigned to the police. It is hoped that this research could take an important step in helping to secure our country.
