آموزه‌هاي اخلاقي و منش فرماندهي شخصيت‌هاي شاهنامه فردوسي (مطالعه موردي: داستان فرود سياووشان)

Moral Teaching and Commandership of the Characters of Firdausi’s Shahnameh (Poetic Work) (A Case Study: Story of Siavosh’s Arrival)

شاهنامه سراسر پند و حكمت است. بدون شك ويژگي‌هاي‏‎ٍِِِ اخلاقي، كردار و رفتار (منش پهلواني) در نتيجه جنگ‌ها تعيين‌كننده است. گزينش و انتخاب درست فرماندهان براي مسيوليت‌هاي گوناگون در پيشبرد اهداف سازمان و موفقيت يا عدم موفقيت فرماندهان يا مديران نقش اساسي دارد. فردوسي در داستان فرود سياوشان برخي از صفات نيك و بد فرماندهان و پهلوانان را بيان مي‌كند؛ از سويي اين صفات باعث بروز عكس‌العمل‌هاي متفاوتي مي‌شود كه نتيجه جنگ را رقم مي‌زند و نشان‌دهنده ارتباط آن با صدور دستورات نظامي است. اين پژوهش به صورت توصيفي و از نوع كيفي است و هدف از آن بيان جنبه‌هاي اخلاقي شخصيت‌هاي پهلوانان در موقعيت‌هاي گوناگون و ارتباط آن با رفتار و اخلاق فرماندهان است. در اين مقاله پس از ذكر خلاصه داستان، برخي از اين‌گونه برخوردها و رفتارها را در داستاني از شاهنامه فردوسي و در قالب چند نكته آموزنده مديريتي بيان مي‌كنيم

Shahnameh is rich in terms of advice and wisdom. Without doubt, ethical, behavioral and performance characteristics (heroic behavior) are determining factors in the result of wars. Rational selection and appointment of commanders for various responsibilities play an important role in the promotion of organizational objectives or failure of commanders or managers. In the epic of Siavosh’s arrival, Firdausi cites certain evil and omen characteristics of the commanders and heroes. The characteristics arouse various reactions which determine the result of war and indicate relationship between them and military commands. As a descriptive and qualitative in nature, this study aimed to elaborate on ethical aspects of the hero’s personalities under various situations and their relation to commanders’ behavior and ethic. Having summed up the story, this study presents some of the examples extracted from one of the sample stories as management teaching points.
