بررسي ميزان آگاهي و باور دانشجويان دانشگاه افسري ‌امام علي(ع) نسبت به ماهيت و ابعاد مختلف جنگ نرم

A Study of the Imam Ali University Cadets Knowledge and Perceptions of the Nature and Various Dimensions of Soft War

به دنبال بروز تحولات گسترده در سطح جهان و افزايش هزينه‌هاي مادي و معنوي به كارگيري جنگ سخت، امروزه گرايش به بهره‌گيري از جنگ نرم، در دايره توجهات قرار گرفته است. لذا پرداختن به موضوع جنگ نرم از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. در واقع يكي از عوامل مهم در رسيدن به اقتدار و امنيت و حفظ و استمرار آن، به ميزان آگاهي و بهره‌مندي از دانشجويان (به عنوان افسران عصر جنگ نرم) نسبت به ماهيت و ابعاد مختلف جنگ نرم بستگي دارد؛ چرا كه مشكل عدم آگاهي، از مشكلات خطر آفريني است كه سبب تهاجم افكار بيگانگان و دشمنان به حوزه انديشه، باور و ايمان نيروهاي مسلح مي‌‌گردد. لذا اين پژوهش كه با هدف بررسي ميزان آگاهي و باور دانشجويان دانشگاه افسري امام علي(ع) نسبت به ماهيت و ابعاد مختلف جنگ نرم صورت گرفته است از نظر ماهيت، اهداف و روش جمع آوري داده‌ها، جز تحقيقات «توصيفي ـ پيمايشي» محسوب مي‌شود؛ و براي گرد‌آوري اطلاعات از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و پرسشنامه‌اي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه در وضعيت كلّي «ميزان آگاهي و باور دانشجويان دانشگاه افسري امام‌علي(ع) نسبت به ماهيت و ابعاد مختلف جنگ نرم» در حد خوبي است. به نحوي كه 6/60 درصد از پاسخ دهندگان در حد زياد و خيلي زياد با ماهيت و ابعاد جنگ نرم آشنايي دارند. «الگوگيري از قرآن و سيره ايمه»، «ولايت‌مداري و تبعيت از ولايت فقيه»، « بصيرت دهي وبصيرت يابي» و «ايمان و اخلاق» بيشترين تاثير را در مقابله با جنگ نرم دشمن به خود اختصاص مي‌دهند. تلويزيون بيشرين تاثير و كتابخانه و بهره‌برداري از منابع نوشتاري و مراكز اطلاع رساني دانشگاه، كمترين نقش را در آگاهي دهي به پاسخ‌دهندگان، به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. در اين رابطه، مهم‌ترين رفتاري كه از دانشجويان دانشگاه افسري امام‌علي(ع) انتظار مي‌رود آن است كه با استمرار بخشي و بهره‌گيري هر چه بيشتراز اصول اساسي اسلام و قرآن و الگو قرار‌دادن پيامبر و ايمه اطهار و تبعيّت از ولايت فقيه و همچنين با افزايش سطح دانش، بصيرت، ايمان و اخلاق در جهت مقابله با جنگ نرم و خنثي كردن تلاش‌هاي دشمن، همواره تلاش نموده و سطح آگاهي و باور خود را افزايش دهند.

Following the drastic developments at global levels and increase in the material and spiritual expenses of resorting to hard war, tendency to soft war, has gained momentum. In fact, one of the main factors contributing to authority and security and protecting and sustaining them is the extend to which the cadets (as the officers of soft war) possess the knowledge of the nature and various dimensions of hard war. Lack of the knowledge is hazardous in that it encourages the invasion of foreigners and enemies beliefs against the belief and thought system of our military forces. To this end, this study as a "descriptive-field" study in nature, objectives and methodology, aims too investigate extent of the knowledge and perceptions of the cadets as to the nature and various dimensions of soft war. Both questionnaire and library resources were used. The findings reveal that the cadets enjoy a very good level of the knowledge and perception such that 60.6 percent of respondents are at the very highest level of awareness. Factors such as "observation of Quranic and shiat Imamsʹ models" "belief in Velayat and binding to it" giving insight and seeking for insight" "faith and ethic have had the highest frequency in struggling the enemyʹs soft war. Meanwhile, TV has produced the highest effect while library and exploiting written resources and information centers of the university have played the least effective role in raising knowledge and awareness. In this regard, what is more expected from the cadets is that while sustaining and taking the advantages of the Islamic principles, Quran, following the holy prophet and innocent Imams and Obeying Velayat, as well as through improving their knowledge insight, faith and ethic in a bid to fight soft war and neutralize the enemyʹs efforts, they can always try and increase their knowledge and strength.
