نقد مباني هرمنوتيكي شلايرماخر

A critique of Schleiermacherʹʹs hermeneutic fundamentals

با عطف توجه به ضرورت بررسي تطبيقي ميان مباني تفسيري هرمنوتيك با دانش‏هاي تفسيري دنياي اسلام، و بايستگي تلاش براي پاسخ‏گويي به اين مباني و يا استفاده از آن‏ها، مقاله حاضر، تفكّرات هرمنوتيكي انديشمند برجسته قرن نوزدهم «دانيل ارنست شلايرماخر» به بوته بحث و بررسي نهاده است. شلايرماخر با الهام از مكتب رمانتيسم، فهم متن را وابسته به درك فرديّت و ذهنيّت متكلّم مي‏داند و براي كسب آن، بازسازي تمام زندگي مولّف را همراه با روش حدس و مقايسه پيشنهاد مي‏كند. با تامل در اين مباني و نظريات مطرح در دانش اصول فقه روشن مي‏شود كه افراط‏هاي شلايرماخر از روش عقلايي فهم متن خارج بوده، التزام به اين امور مخاطب را در فهم معناي مراد متكلّم با بن بست مواجه ساخته، يا به انحراف مي‏كشاند. مقاله حاضر با بررسي انتقادي ديدگاه‏هاي شلايرماخر، تلاش مي‏كند راه حل‏هاي مناسب جهت مقابله با چالش‏هاي برخاسته از اين نظريات در راه فهم متون ديني را ارايه نمايد.

Regarding the necessity of the comparative study of the interpretive principles of hermeneutics and interpretive sciences in the Islamic world and also the necessity for the endeavor for responding to these fundamentals or using them, the present article has put the hermeneutic thoughts of the prominent thinker of nineteenth century - Friedrich Ernst Daniel Schleiermacher – in the centre of its attention and using the science of the principles of jurisprudence in the critical analysis of it, tries to express suitable solutions for the challenges in the way of understanding the religious texts risen from these theories. Inspired from the school of romanticism, Schleiermacher believed that the comprehension of the text depends on understanding of the individuality and the subjectivity of the author and to gain such a purpose he suggests the reconstruction of the entire life of the author with the method of guess and comparison. Reflecting on these fundamentals and the theories discussed in the science of principles of jurisprudence, it turns clear that Schleiermacherʹs extravagances went out of the reasonable method of comprehending texts and the adherence to these affaires, makes the addressee whether to face a deadlock or to be deviated in the understanding of the authorʹs intended meaning.
