بررسي نقش كاركردي ساختار گروه درماني اعتياد در بازپروري منش و كنش معتادان

چهارچوب نظري اين مقاله برگرفته از نظريات اروينگ گافمن (داغ، تحليل چارچوب و نظريه نمايشي)، اريك فرم (منش فردي و اجتماعي)، هربرت بلومر (كنش پيوسته)، رابرت مرتن (راه ها و اهداف)، يورگن هابرماس (حوزه عمومي و كنش ارتباطي)، زيگموند فرويد (ساختار ذهن)، كارل گوستاو يونگ (ناخودآگاه جمعي) تدوين يافته است و سپس به آزمون فرضيه هاي برآمده از چهارچوب نظري در سه گام ميداني(تحليل موقعيت)، پيمايشي و اسنادي پرداخته شده است. اين تحقيق با مطالعه موردي جمعيت رهپويان رهايي واقع در شرق تهران به انجام رسيده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه گروه درماني اعتياد از طريق كاركردهاي ساخت گروهي خود تاثيرات مستقيم و غيرمستقيم زيادي بر بازپروري منش و كنش معتادان داشته است و همچنين تحقيق فوق با اتخاذ نمودن ديدگاه انتقادي نسبت به گروه درماني مورد مطالعه توانسته به آسيب شناسي آن و ارايه پيشنهاداتي پژوهشي، راهبردي و كاربردي مبادرت بورزد.

This paper has been done on the basis of various theories including Erich Frommʹs Character Theory, Herbert Blumerʹs Action Theory, Erving Goffmanʹs Dramatic Theory, Frame Analysis and Stigma Theory, Jurgen Habermasʹ Public Sphere and the Theory of Communicative Action, Robrt.K.Mertonʹs the Theory of Ways and Goals, Sigmund Freudʹs structure of Psyche and Carl Gustav Jungʹs Collective Unconscious. This study applied qualitative methods such as situation analysis and also fieldwork and documentary method. In this method, two situations were determined for analysis. Examination of the first situation, called downstage, shows the influence of group functions of group-therapy on consumers in group sphere. In the second situation, called upstage, the influences of group functions on personal and career lives of individuals are examined. The results of this study shows: By examination of the relation between these two situations, it could be analyzed that in the first situation, downstage, individuals are completely influenced by secondary frame of group and its ways and goals and perfectly follow the social self of group. In the second situation, they are also influenced by this mode, although due to the frame determined by family and society, they encounter with some limitations. But in this situation they also follow the social self of group reasonably in a way that approach to real self and are influenced by this.
