Education Effectiveness Of Cognitive Restoration On Learned Help lessness Level And Self- Esteem

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي اثر بخشي آموزش بازسازي شناختي بر درماندگي آموخته شده و عزت نفس دانشجويان انجام شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل دانشجويان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد لاهيجان بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري هدفمند پس از غربالگري، 40 نفر كه داراي درماندگي آموخته شده بالا و عزت نفس پايين بودند به طور تصادفي انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل قرار گرفتند. براي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه ي سبك اسناد پترسون 1982 و عزت نفس كوپر اسميت 1967استفاده شد.داده هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از شاخص آماري تحليل كواريانس تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد آموزش بازسازي شناختي بر درماندگي آموخته شده و عزت نفس اثر معنا دار دارد.

The present study is going to find the efficacy of cognitive training on the learned helplessness and self-esteem through paid and statistical society of 900 person of female student of Lahijan Azad University by using MORGAN table as an initial screening test, 269 person were selected and among them 40 person whose scores in attributional style questionnaire (ASQ) were below 24 and also their scores were below 25 in self-esteem questionnair were selected targetely and then were replaced randomly in two groups of people which have been tasted and replaced by control. The research is designed with pretest and posttest of controlled groups. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and KOVARIANSʹs inference analysis statistic.The results showed that the cognitive reconstruction training is effective on reducing of learned helplessness and increasing of the self-esteem.
