سبك هاي دلبستگي مربوط به والدين با ناتواني جسماني در افراد مبتلا به درد مزمن

The relation of attachment styles of the parents and the physical disability in the people with chronic pain

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي سبك هاي دلبستگي مربوط به والدين با ناتواني جسماني در افراد مبتلا به درد مزمن بود. به اين منظور، تعداد 58 نفر از افراد مبتلا به درد مزمن به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند نتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه 21 سوالي دلبستگي بزرگسال (بشارت و ديگران، 1380) و پرسشنامه 24 سوالي ناتواني جسماني مربوط به درد (رولند و موريس، 1983) بود. داده هاي پژوهش با استفاده از روش هاي مختلف آمار توصيفي (شاخص هاي مركزي و پراكندگي) و آمار استنباطي (روش همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند متغيري) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد ناتواني جسماني با سبك هاي دلبستگي اجتنابي و دوسوگراي مربوط به پدر رابطه مثبت معنادار دارد، اما بين ناتواني جسماني و سبك هاي ايمن، اجتنابي و دوسوگراي مربوط به مادر و نيز سبك ايمن مربوط به پدر؛ رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد

The aim of current research was to investigate the relation of attachment styles of the parents and physical disability in the people with chronic pain. For this purpose 58 persons with chronic pain were selected through purposive sampling. The tools of research included the 21 question of questionnaire of the adult attachment (Besharat and the others , 1380). And the 24 question of questionnaire of the physical disability connecting with the pain (Roland and moriss. 1983). The data of the research was analyzed with the use of variety descriptive statistical methods (dispersal and central indicators) and presumptive statistic (correlation method of Pierson and multi- variable regression). The results indicate that the physical disability with the avoidance attachment styles and the ambivalence of the father has positive meaningful relation, but between the physical disability and secure attachment styles, avoidance and ambivalence of the mother, and also the secure style of the father was not observed any significant relation.
