Phenomenological qualitative Analysis of bio-psycho-social-spritual distance among transsexual

يكي از اختلالات فهرست شده در راهنماي تشخيصي و آماري اختلالات رواني، اختلال هويت جنسي است كه به موجب آن بين جنسيت تعيين شده فرد و هويت جنسي او مغايرت وجود دارد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، استخراج مهمترين ابعاد فضاي پديدار شناختي و مفاهيم روانشناختي دگرجنس خواهي در فرهنگ ايران و شناسايي موانع و مشكلات افراد دگرجنس خواه در كسب هويت جنسي همخوان است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پس رويدادي است. نمونه مشتمل بر 4 نفر از افراد مبتلا است كه با روش گلوله برفي انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه، مشاهده به عنوان ناظر و يادداشت هاي ميداني بود. جمع آوري اطلاعات حول اهداف تعيين شده با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا، 579 گزاره از واحدهاي معنايي به دست داد. با تحليل مكرر مقوله هايي كه در اين پديده وجود داشت، تعيين شد. مقوله ها توسط دو نفر از متخصصين روانشناسي نمره گذاري و با استفاده از ضريب كاپاي كوهن ميزان اعتبار نظرات آنها به دست آمد. يافته ها نشان مي دهد 14 مقوله از نظر دو نمره گذار مهم تلقي شده و ضريب اعتبار بين نظرات آنها 67/0 است. ضريب فوق بر اساس طبقه بندي روستماير(1992) در حيطه نسبتا خوب قرار مي گيرد.

Gender identity disorder is as one of the classified psychological disorders in diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders.Gender identity disorder is experiencing significant gender dysphoria,discontenr with the biological sex on is born with.The researchʹs goal included: A)Finding the most important dimensions of phenomenological and psychological contents of transsexualism in iranʹs culture. B)Finding the obstacles and the difficulties that transsexuals encounter in gaining the congruent gender identity. Sccording to this after a deep study and observation of some of the affected ones,four of them were chosrn as samples through snowball method.Range of ages of the samples were 23 to 60 years old and they were graduates or postgraduates of universities and of both sex.The research was expost factor type and the assessment tools included interview,observation as an observer and taking field notes.After collecting the information connected to the specified goals579 content units by factor analysis which is part of a qualitative research came into existence and through repeated analysis the categories within this subject were defined and were numbered by two qualified psychologists and their views were ontained by kappa coefficient.The finding showed that 14 categories were met important in numbering and were the most frequent ones and coefficient of reliability between their views was 0.67 which in the classification done by Rostmeyer(1992) is at a good point.
